Oh what?!? The track is cut off at the end ! All that time watching the vid ... to miss the last few seconds haha. I thought it was the youth who needed a track to have the chorus and the hook come in within 10 seconds .. turns out it's the older generation after all...
That's a really curious turntable set up. Grimm. If I was walking Down the hallway on the way to the electric chair, I would want this to be playing and I want the hallway to be extremely long. Then they cut it off really quickly when I enter the final room and everything's quiet. The doctor comes and he tries to smile to make things better.
I made it to the end Jason only because I was wiring you this comment otherwise I'm not that good.😂. That was some crazy music. But it's lovely to see an Aussie amplifier there. Can I have my free membership 😅
The Dutch brand Grimm is excellent, check out the MU2 for instance. I am afraid that the world will hear more from the Dutch, The Netherlands and their former Prime Minister.
Laurie Anderson isn't for all. Sure. But she is a highly recognized artist worldwide! Of course, it could be that Americans see things differently. The prophet often has no value in his own country.
Grimm audio with a grim taste in music. This reminds me of a comment made to me by a high end dealer saying most of his clients have no idea about music and listen to sh1!t.
Tightrope by Laurie Anderson (1993) (Update: I made this comment before the video reveal. I thought people deserved to know what to avoid. 😁. As an aside, if you want to hear an interesting narrated song, check out 'Yesterday, Where's My Mind by Susan Christie - ruclips.net/video/25TRVfbk-3E/видео.html)
Grimm sounds really good.
Awesome job. I watched till the very end. It was worth nine minutes.
I'm still stuck in a trance and can't get out 🤠
Loved the dreamy Laurie Anderson track, despite the dissaproving interruptions by Mr Junkie : )
Someone save this guy... He was hypnotized by the song 🤠
@@AudiophileJunkie I would rather be captivated by the output of an artist than saved by random audio enthusiasts. But thank you all the same... 🙂

The first song for those that are interested: A Gealic Blessing by John Rutter
The Halcro Eclipse is a new model, my friends and I were just talking about it over the weekend.

Now I see why that song was recorded 🤠
Make mine Ben & Jerry's Phish Food. 😋
Were the 2 small subs on the floor behind the inner speakers playing? And are those crossovers in the boxes below the larger speakers?
So now that I got past the musical chairs portion, how do I redeem my free membership? LOL
Yay free membership to your WhatsApp group, I didn't think it was that bad.
Made it till the end, I'll take you up on that offer, hope you got your ice cream cone, lol
Liquor was more appropriate in hindsight 🤠
Ya! @@AudiophileJunkie
Laurie, Lou Reed’s widow.. Lou kinda narrates his songs too in the latter part of his career..

I'm not sure you watched it all... You would be asleep right now 🤠
@AudiophileJunkie lol my God, that was not hard to watch, but hard to listen.😂

Definitely try to get back in later for a one on one session. Sorry I couldn't sit through track 2 lol
Don't blame you 🤠
That woofer appears to be made by SEAS that the same one used in Joseph Audio speakers
The song reminds me of Enigma
reminds me a bit of "the mission" sound track, which is a great album btw.
Enigma is better than this crap.
Remember me!
What was playing was the new LS1c active speakers. They have separate amps and separate dacs for each driver.
Yes people should check out my video from Axpona where I got more details on it.
what song and what "band" is this ?

To answer your question, no. I'm tapping out at 1:49
You actually tapped out at the better song.. The next one is the hilarious one
@@AudiophileJunkie Ok, I came back to hear the second track. At least it had some interesting sound effects, but couldn't listen to much of it.

You really want to share that 🤣
@@AudiophileJunkie I had not got to your reveal when I made my comment. Just thought people needed to know what to avoid. 😁
Laurie thanks you... Everyone else is going to hate you now 🤠
This is the most hilarious thing ever!
Ok. So how do we take you up on the free invite to your WhatsApp group? 😂
I didn't think anyone would still be awake to take me up on the offer...I figured everyone listening would be permanently hypnotized 🤠
@@AudiophileJunkie well ….its 9:30 in CA and enjoying all your videos. The song was so funny…I watched it twice. 🤣
Why would anyone play that choice of "music"? Get some acoustic music with real singers.
Watched it to the end, too. Nice gear, but sh*t music…
How was the ice cream?
I decided liquor was more appropriate 🤠
