@@Eightyfivewilliams It takes time for sure. I’m glad you are doing better! Thank you for making a video. It’s important to let people know about this awful bacteria. I was told by numerous drs that the symptoms I was having was not from HPylori. That’s because the drs go by a protocol. I’ve been thinking about writing the CDC a letter. They need to do better.

@@Eightyfivewilliams Let me tell you my symptoms from starting to end.
it used to be mild constipation , bloating and around that feeling .
But time went by and I started to have regular acid refluxes and always the feeling of disturbed stomach.
Then it started to get into my head that’s the difficult part , where Anxiety attacks , Tremors , weakness, weakness in legs , fatigue, became the main issues, brain fog made my life a hell.
Though I sleep late but never had sleep issues , I woke up suddenly with my heart beating faster and faster a few times but it was not very common .
I used to visit hospital every now and then to check for heart diseases and stuff where the doctors said it’s just anxiety.
Till this point I hadn’t share it with anyone not even my family for few reasons.
one day doctor checked my vitamins and said that My vitamin B-12 was very less.
I asked my brother who few years back had told me that he was less in B-12 and then He told me that you might have H-pylori and when I asked the doctor he said we have to confirm it but yes the vitamin B-12 deficiency is direct reason of H-pylori .
Now I am taking B-12 tablets everyday which kind of helps me like 50 percent with the anxiety and mental stuff . But H-pylori is yet to be treated.
I have been through this all mental stuff for last 2 years and it has made my life miserable. believe me I can really understand you.
I want to start a WhatsApp or telegram group just to motivate others and help us all heal together if you are up for it please let me know and one more thing is I also play CODM .

Diagnosed with h pylori and mild esophagitis and mild gastritis back in November of 2022. Took the triple therapy, quit smoking cigarettes, quit drinking caffeine, cleaned up my diet etc. all before the diagnosis due to my primary doctor giving me the run around. 3 hospital visits telling me I’m fine (ct scans, x rays, bloodwork). It wasn’t until my primary told me he thinks I have an ulcer (late October) that I started to clean my diet up and quit caffeine.
Finished the triple therapy at the end of December and just took my breath test last week. They tell me it’s eradicated but I still have symptoms: headaches, tension on my head, anxiety (the panicky “am I okay” kind), discomfort when trying to lie down to sleep (twitching from stomach discomfort), belching and massive fatigue. Watching that you’ve had this for 3 years is hella upsetting. Stay strong mane.

You name it, I tried it.. finally I came across a blog that someone posted claiming SBO probiotics cured them. They were right! Soil Based Organism Probiotics has now kept me h pylori free now for 11 months! I still take them, as I'm afraid not too, because I feel 100% better! I believe I have had h pylori for many, many years undiagnosed. I kept going to doctor after doctor, spending about 60 grand out of pocket trying to get well. None of those doctors even did a stool sample, or test for h pylori. One doctor kept telling me to just go home and take 12 ibprofen a day for a month and I will feel better ! Another doctor told me to quit coming to the clinic as there was nothing wrong with me. I had to go to that clinic as it was in network. Then I got desperate and switched to a different clinic system, and on my second visit the doctor decided to test for h pylori. It came back positive. I will guatantee you I had h pylori for many, many years undiagnosed. I am now still trying to erradicate it, but fear that with such a long period, it has become resistant. At least you got diagnosed quickly. Good luck ! My life has been hell for so long I dont remember what it is like to feel normal. I bet I saw over 20 different doctors for this, and nobody even tested for it !

I had the exact same symptoms the worst was the shortness of breath. After reading all the comments i think i was lucky i didn’t go see an md first. I went natural first and it took time to develop something that worked for me. Mastic gum on an empty stomach in the mornings (6 capsules (1200mg) broken open on a spoon and chased with water -swish in mouth and swallow), 1/2hr after 1 cup (3/4 cabbage juice 1/4 water), betaine hydrochloride (6 capsules - 500mg x 6) before meals and meat and baked potatoes are my go to atm. I tried eating normal the other day but was punished by my guts.
After 2 weeks I noticed my shortness of breath was less and my burning in my chest was diminishing. So far so good…👍🏽🤞. Oh and taking zinc also just a couple tablets 2x a day.

Have had these symptoms also for a very long time which I would say is about 2-3 years before actually taking a stool test for it. Of course, I have H Pylori. The headaches for myself also continued, and the antibiotics gave me the same issues with gasping and heart pounding as well as if my throat closed. No one in my family has sleep apnea issues either and they found nothing in my breathing tests. I think the WORST part about H Pylori, and I think everyone can agree with me on this, is that literally NOBODY believes and understands whats wrong with you prior to finding out you have H Pylori. They either A - think you have bad anxiety, or B - are mentally ill. It is frustrating, and I think I had a great sense of relief knowing that I have H Pylori rather than not knowing I have it due to the ways people perceive what it looks like from their perspectives.
I'd like to take the time to thank you for making this video. Relating with someone else in my current situation is a freaking relief bro. You don't understand how much you're helping people mentally with these videos. P.S. had that heart enlargement as well during COVID. sucked. I believe it was called myocarditis. Your panic attacks and adverse reactions to the seafood could be histamine intolerance (also fast heart rate, anxiety, depression). Also, the probiotics that you're taking, if they are not focused on your specific issue, may not be helping you and could also be feeding histamine intolerance. Most commercial probiotic products include lots of lactobacillus bacteria, which is a heavy histamine producer. Taking a probiotic that focuses on other bacteria than histamine producing ones might be helpful.

It sounds like your panic attacks could have been due to cortisol imbalances. If so, your infection has caused an HPA axis imbalance, which causes panic attacks and lethargy. H. PYLORI thrives on low stomach acid. It actually attaches to your stomach lining and excretes an enzyme that neutralizes your acid so it can thrive.
Keeping your stomach acidic is the key to eradicating it.
Apple cider vinegar as many times a day as you can. Braggs makes apple cider vinegar refreshers, which tastes great.
I highly recommend amla powder, which will do a few things for you. Amla is great for digestion issues, and it is the best food to eat that contains vitamin C which is essential for your adrenals. Your adrenals use more vitamin C than any other organ in your body. Then add pantethene, which is the more bioavailable form of B5. Try that protocol for two weeks, and you will be amazed at the difference in how you feel.
Stephen Cabral is an amazing RUclips doctor who has tons of info on this subject.

My daughter has struggled for years with gastrointestinal problems, she didn’t have reflux or pain but had very severe constipation, it stretched her bowel so much that it was putting pressure on her bladder, which caused wetting not only during the night but also during the day. She was constantly also getting UTIs because she wasn’t able to fully empty her bladder. I saw many doctors, child health nurses, paediatrician and a physiotherapist that worked with incontenence, and they all told me to keep giving her movicol to clear her bowel and that would fix her problem, except for years it didn’t work and despite me saying so, they kept reassuring me that’s the treatment. It was years before I saw an intergrated doctor, who actually listened to what I was saying, and she did a stool test for my daughter - well it’s actually been a few, but h pylori was the culprit for her ongoing bowel problems and why years of movicol had no effect . It’s been a bit difficult to get rid of but this time we are treating the whole family in case we might be accidentally reinfecting each other. Fingers crossed this time.❤

HP pylori goes unnoticed for a long long time so it means that you've been having problems with your stomach acid. Most likely people are going to have deficiencies in all the essential minerals. Specially iron and all the b vitamins.

Hi Jesse Sammy here from the uk. I’m going thru pure hell. Usually a very fit and healthy slim petite woman. October 2022 it started. Pain in my upper abdominal area that radiated to my right side under the rib, pains in my upper back and down my right arm. The pain was so extreme I went to A&E 31/10/22. Had ultra sound scan, they found a polyp in my gallbladder. Surgeon said this can’t be causing this much pain constantly so I had more tests. Camera down throat showed inflammation on my duodenum with lesions but no ulcers. I have no acid reflux, heartburn, no wind (both ends). The surgeon wrote to me gave me 2 lots of antibiotics said maybe h pylori? If my symptoms don’t go after antibiotics he will remove my gallbladder. Now in between seeing the surgeon I have had a stool test which came back negative for h pylori. The surgeon does not know this as I’ve not received a letter yet for my next appointment. The NHS here is at crisis point so I’ve no chance of having a phone conversation with him. It’s now 3 months since this all started. I am so sick I actually think I’m dying. I weigh 91lb I’m all skin and bone, I look bloody horrible like I’m starving to death. My pain is constant, when I eat it gets worse, I eat minute amounts of food, no fat very plain bland food in very small amounts. My stomach makes loud popping grumbling noises and I feel like I’ve got gritty concrete in my upper abdomen. I am taking morphine regular for the pain and that scares the shit out of me, hate taking strong medication. Saw GP (my local doctor) yesterday and she is extremely worried because of the rapid weight loss and how skinny I am. She has prescribed more pain medication and drinks to try get some nutrition in my body. She has written to my surgeon for an urgent appointment but again who knows how long that will be. I actually think I’m slowly starving to death. Now I want to ask you this. Would you just take the antibiotics anyway? Just in case I had a false negative test for h pylori? I wasn’t on any ppi when had test or 2 weeks before. As someone who has gone thru h pylori do you think my symptoms are that of h pylori? Sorry for long ramble but I want my health and life back and I want to live. Hope you can help me. Many thanks Sammy. I’m also constipated no loose stools. I have no anxiety just worried in general because I don’t know what’s wrong with me.

Sammy Moore thanks for checking out the video. First I would recommend a stool test to anyone with h pylori or any chronic stomach issues and go from there. If your taking morphine I believe most painkillers can make people constipated which could be uncomfortable to anyone. As for pain below the ribs I had that as well with h pylori. Feeling of dying as well and thats common with hp. In the meantime stay away from alcohol, caffeine and processed foods, add probiotics too. Feel free to email me or you can fb message me anytime. I know this stuff sucks and is scary as hell but we will make it

Sorry to hear Betty. Just pure carelessness of these doctors. We really put to much confidence in our system that was designed to keep us sick. (Sorry to get conspiracyish) I am also still down 40lbs weak and sleep is horrible along with being on a roller coaster of emotions cant think clearly anymore and forgot what normal is. Are you on any special diets or taking probiotics? How far out are you from antibiotics?

    • @Eightyfivewilliams
      @Eightyfivewilliams  2 года назад

Hi Sammy, sorry to hear your going through this. First off Im not a doctor as obvious as that is I feel like I have to say that. That being said those symptoms do sound like h pylori but h pylori’s symptoms are almost limitless. Stomach pain and weight loss sounds like gastritis and h pylori is known to cause gastritis. Now as for antibiotics If I were to do it all over again I would most definitely test for hpylori before any course of action otherwise you would do what most of us do on the internet and thro everything at any symptom the internet tells us have. Test then treat. Im not a fan of antibiotics as they literally kill all the good and the bad stuff and theres always a price to pay for that. Hope that helps. Keep me posted

That's at least what I have experienced with PPIs, being a sensitive person. I will never touch PPIs again. These drugs can really mess with your system! You may know that the stomach acid is there to kill the bacteria (and all other things) that cause food poisoning. I have had several bouts of food poisoning over the past 5-6 years at least once or twice a year, and then later figuring out that i have hpylori recently. Also, (FYI) as i said on your other video, hpylori is transmissible between partners.

@@Eightyfivewilliams I agree that the antibiotics are probably what caused all your troubles... they can really tear your digestive tract up. 🥀 I don't have apnea, but have an REM arousal disorder that was stopping me from getting any REM sleep, so I understand how awful it is not to get a good night's rest. I'm finally on a new medication called Quviviq and it's been a miracle. Don't give up on getting your sleep issue fixed. It took me several years, 2 nose surgeries, small implants put into the back of my throat to tighten up the palette, 3 sleep studies, then finally after we exhausted all those options I was put on this medication and I'm finally starting to feel like a normal person again. Be sure to have them check your spontaneous arousals when they do your sleep study. They track it on all sleep studies but never mention it, so even with CPap you could be having trouble getting into REM. I was having more than 600 arousals a night and they never once mentioned it. Thank goodness a dentist told me to call them and ask. This medicine changed my whole life 😭

Hey Jesse, hope you reply, I'm struggling, but maybe not as much as you or others here or my aunt who had it 3 years ago but here goes :
Started with pain in the arm, shoulders and chest with acidity, ECG normal, these symptoms didnt go away, another ECG normal, then i went to the cardiologist who did a round of antacids after a 3rd normal ECG, then an Echo 2 weeks later, normal, symptoms reduced but fatigue and random pain everywhere, I pushed for a stress ECG test where I maxed out on the treadmill, normal readings again.
The gastrologist put me on PPI and antibiotics 2 rounds, symptoms have reduced by 70% but still there, quit coffee, tea, smoking sugar, mild spicy food also, still symptoms are there, I've started mastic gum and turmeric tablets and garlic as recommended. Any guesses on what I have?

Yup sounds like typical h pylori. As far as where you are now, Ide definitely do a follow up hpylori test via breath or endoscopy biopsy to confirm it’s definitely gone. It does come back so make sure. The antibiotics themselves cause just as much if not more issues as hp. Alot of people get malubsorbtion, sibo, dysbiosis, and other issues afterwards so look into these avenues. Healing takes time so be patient and continue to eat healthy

@@Eightyfivewilliams its a disease from hell to be honest, up until now any antibiotic cleared any infection in a day or 2. Thank you so much for the reply, I'm a very cautious eater (vegetarian) and do intermittent fasting and water fasts and fresh juicing for years now, I'm shocked that this happened to me.
