In actuality, it's a 4chan meme making fun of Hispanics. There's a long running general known as /dbs/ (for Dragon Ball Super) that has evolved an advanced form of shitposting that's affected the rest of the community. They're the ones that started spreading the idea that everyone who loses a fight is a "jobber", and they also came up with the power level tier lists to mock what they perceived as a largely Hispanic interest in power level wankery.
A fun little interaction my friends and I found (although we learned this with a Beta build of Jiren): If Hero has bounce up, and you hit the Bounce Hero with Jiren Neutral B, it will still grab Hero, and the reflect will reflect like a bajillion times but never become Hero’s projectile and deal like over 200%. Moral of the story don’t play Hero against Jiren
For those of you who don't know, this mod and some of the other DBZ mods use DBFZ as a basis for some of the characters' moves. Here's a list of all the ones I can remember for Jiren. D-Tilt = 2M/Down Medium F-Tilt = The 2nd hit of Light Auto Combo or 5M/Standing Medium (I'm not sure which one rn.) U-Tilt = 2H/Down Heavy D-Smash = First hit of his Level 3 Super F-Smash = 5S/Standing Special (his standard ki blast. The Smash version is short-ranged) U-Smash = 236HS/His 2nd Level 1 Super Dash Attack = 236S/Quarter-Circle Forward + Special F-Air = j.5H/Jumping Heavy N-Air = j.5L/Jumping Light D-Air = j.5M/Jumping Medium Neutral B = The last hit of Light Auto Combo Aerial Neutral B = j.2S/Jumping Down Special Side B = 236x/Quarter-Circle Forward + Light, Medium, or Heavy Aerial Down B = j.2H/Jumping Down Heavy Final Smash = Last part of his Level 3 Super If anyone would like to correct me on some of these or add more, feel free to do so.

It look really fun, probably more than the others; but I think it should have a glaring weakness; like a worse recovery so he can't capitalize that much on the spikes
