COnfusing to anyone knowing yoiu canot get what htey got with math, calculator was rigged to give the number they wanted it was not a multiplication of anything.
This was too complicated for your general viewer. Also- mistaken a 3 for an 8. ;) (Page 81 instead of 31. So there must be something like a camera involved.)
actually it's simple. They have to learn a complex code of phrases, expressions, single words....and one acting as eyes and ears telling the other the secret in non suspicious talking.
It's a shame how their act went tonight as their last performances were so good, i thought they would be at least in the top 3 before tonight,I didn't expect Them to come last though
lol. I expected their act to come last! I didn't understand anymore right from when they got that page number wrong. I gave benefit of doubt thinking they did that intentionally, but the end was just ......
Seriously? I personally am very bored of these whole "mind reading" acts and how they are not calling themselves as magicians. Every performance in this "mind reading" tricks are more or less the same. It is only the presentation that is different. I actually do believe that they are running out of presentation ideas too, since this finding your word from the dictionary/book trick is pretty old and classic. Dunno. Maybe it is because I am into magic tricks and have seen a lot of tricks. To me, it is not about how difficult the technique is. I just want to see original acts/presentation which these guys don't have. I am glad that they came last and I hope they learn their lesson. Cheers.
Underwhelming act. For me, nothing will ever top the Clairvoyants. DNA are good, but this act was boring and they messed up and confused the people in the end.
This trick wasn't that good. I went on my calculator and multiplied the numbers that were given to us and divided the final answer by it and it amounted to a three digit decimal number so obviously can't be that. On an iPhone calculator you can make the answer anything you want if you put the number +0 x. That's it
if your pin code starts with 0, then you can have a 4 digits pin code of only 3 significant digits. The problem was that the division resulted in was not a whole number.
Exactly. Also the Mels number was even... so wahtever you multiply it will stay even, while the result is not. So you do not even needs the calculator to know they lied.
Really not fond of this one. It's a pity, since they stepped it up in the semis. It was overly complicated, and many people who can follow the complicated path will probably also notice the issue with that odd number they end up with.
For me they were bolocks from the day one. There were huge pauses between people choosing info and the final guy showing it out. Which means there was some kind of life feed comunication my bet is cameras and sound.
Trick Revealed -- The number 27204141 was already put into the the calculator and added to 0 the multiplied by the different numbers given out by the judges. It would look like this 27204141+ 0 x 7676 x Pin . DNA started out only by showing the Zero in the calculator. Since the PIN is not known to anyone else no one could have guessed it. Note - The Older Version of the calculator is used where only one calculation is showed at a time.
They have morse code transceivers in their shoes, just like all the other mentalists. 3 and 8 are di di di dah dah, and dah dah dah di di... someone slipped up.
They suck bolocks. They are fancy cheaters and very lame. All the tricks they did can be explained by one of them using a camera and the other one watching it. The last trick with numbers was used using a rigged calculator, the numbers they put in do not even multiply to the final number.
Because they suck. Bels 7676 and Simons 7 multiply to 53732. That multipled that by Amandas pin and what they got is 27204141. So 53732 * X = 27204141 So X = 27204141 / 53732 = 506, 29310... It is not even an integer!!! so the calculator is rigged to show the number they want. THeir story is very weak. I am so glad they messed up the 31 and 81, since 3 and 8 look similar my guess is one of them has a camera up his sleave. The other can can either watch the video or listen to the fed from the 3rd guy actually watching it backstage and helping them out.
My opinion: - People who've watched a lot of good magic (like myself) realize that their whole performance (also performances) is based on a very famous routine, and they don't even perform it good enough (note: for this specific act, they used another known trick with the calculator). - For other people, this performance -at least- was pretty boring, and wasn't quite entertaining at all.
dint they tried to copy clairvoyants style. they do presented in same way in finals AGT i.e everything we did in entire show was planned blah blah. hows it original? p.s im not native english speaker
NUmber is pushed by calculator. You cannot get what they got by multiplications they did. If you work backwards you get the pin is 506.2931.... Also one of the multiplying numbers is even, and they got odd in the end... that is imposible. As for everything else, first guy has a camera under his wrist, other one is listening to audio from the guy watching it or his paper is actually hiding a video feed.
I'm glad that you enjoyed the trick. If something brings you joy, then you do NOT have to reduce the joy you feel just because others hate what you like. :) That said, I doubt that people were simply too uneducated to get the calculator part. From what I've seen online, quite a few people understood the trick and were simply disappointed when they caught that an even number like 7676, when multiplied by whole numbers (7 and Amanda's actual 4-digit PIN code), cannot result in an odd number like 27204141. I don't blame you for not seeing this oversight like I did, though. Personally, I may have enjoyed the trick more if they chose 41412720 because even though that would still give a decimal PIN code, it would've been harder for observant math fans like myself to notice (because in that case, even if Simon and Alesha chose odd numbers, they could just respond that Amanda's PIN was even resulting in the even number). But if you think Darren and Andrew's trick was already good as is, then that's okay! Part of me suspects the actual reason it failed to amuse is due to this type of calculator trick typically being performed on the street where people are more lenient, rather than as a final act of a widely known TV talent show where people are more attentive to the math especially when the magicians' group name sounds a bit scientific like DNA. As I said earlier, I'm glad you enjoyed the trick and don't really care whether this new knowledge changes your emotions about it. I just hope this allows you to see that not everyone is as uneducated as you think they are. :)
6:41 that was awkward, nothing worked with them lmao.
simon is right! Confusing to general audience and didn't get a wow moment at the end of the performance.
COnfusing to anyone knowing yoiu canot get what htey got with math, calculator was rigged to give the number they wanted it was not a multiplication of anything.
I read the comments first anddddd, I think I wanna spare myself from the cringe. xD
I am here to make "covefefe" joke!
still don't understand what that is..
Joseph Kim same
Joseph Kim its a typo by donald trump
lol
This was too complicated for your general viewer. Also- mistaken a 3 for an 8. ;) (Page 81 instead of 31. So there must be something like a camera involved.)
Probably there's someone with a binoculars..i've seen many magicians use that trick
Yip. Something like that. It´s a shame. I liked their audition a lot. There semi was still pretty good. But this was not so much.
actually it's simple. They have to learn a complex code of phrases, expressions, single words....and one acting as eyes and ears telling the other the secret in non suspicious talking.
Simon, the most honest judge
It's a shame how their act went tonight as their last performances were so good, i thought they would be at least in the top 3 before tonight,I didn't expect Them to come last though

lol. I expected their act to come last! I didn't understand anymore right from when they got that page number wrong. I gave benefit of doubt thinking they did that intentionally, but the end was just ......
They suck, they use tech to pretend they do something they do not. Of course they came in last.

Alessia C FUCKING SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!
Worked years and years and yet screwed up.
Ahmed Shams and super boring
But theyre still human i guess
Underwhelming act. For me, nothing will ever top the Clairvoyants. DNA are good, but this act was boring and they messed up and confused the people in the end.

TYSM Anthony !
They screwed up LITERALLY
Trick Revealed -- The number 27204141 was already put into the the calculator and added to 0 the multiplied by the different numbers given out by the judges.

How is it possible to get an odd number (27204141) after multiplying even (7676) and odd numbers? 😃
thanks Anthony!
I cringed sooooo hard that one guy kept stuffing up
Thanks Anthony! Love you always :-)
They Blew my mind with arithmetic
With basic math you can have Amanda's pin code
Aine Super XD
yea it is 506.2931... good luck with that :P.
I feel bad for DNA if David didn't mess up the number part I believe they would have gotten more votes they were amazing in auditions and semi finals!
They suck bolocks. They are fancy cheaters and very lame.
All the tricks they did can be explained by one of them using a camera and the other one watching it.
The last trick with numbers was used using a rigged calculator, the numbers they put in do not even multiply to the final number.
David did not mess up anything lol.... they messed up, the guy saw it wrong. 3 and 8 look similar on very small video feeds :P
4:56
mygod. Why did I still watched this xD
This was their worst yet. The Clairvoyants from AGT never stumbled. Just saying.
they did not only stumble their tricks are shallow and they are using tech...
Why do people hate them so much ?
Diego Parra theyre sort of hateable yknow? But theyre pretty good with presentation... after that tho, theyre still human
Because they suck.
Bels 7676 and Simons 7 multiply to 53732. That multipled that by Amandas pin and what they got is 27204141.
So 53732 * X = 27204141
So X = 27204141 / 53732 = 506, 29310...
It is not even an integer!!!
so the calculator is rigged to show the number they want.
THeir story is very weak.

Was this a geometric class or something??? smh too many figures to figure out
how in the heck 31 is close to 81 ?
He probably but 3 fingers up but he thought it was 8 fingers
It looks the same, which is very important when you probably use a small video camera to transfer info between them.
Because a 3 looks similar to 8, meaning they probably use a camera or binoculars apart of their trick.
I think the whole addition aspect was a bit far fetched.
dint they tried to copy clairvoyants style. they do presented in same way in finals AGT i.e everything we did in entire show was planned blah blah. hows it original?
p.s im not native english speaker
I did nt care for this act today from DNA b/c it was too difficult & complicated to follow :|
27,204141 divided by 7 then divided by 7878 gives a number with a decimal point. No way that is her PIN.
DNA could have had a better shot hadn't they screwed this up. Tokio Well deserved his win anyways.
DNA doesnt deserve to wach other magicians shoes on the show. They are a disgrace.
It was complicated, and I enjoyed the performance but the ending wasn’t the best
they must be called decoders
4:56 it was at this moment he knew he fucked up
is ok performance but the end was a bit off.
toxic trick =.=, that's why 11th
The calculations are wrong lol...
calculator tricks again... that calculator is rigged what ever you compute its same answer. so boring for finals
27,204,141 / (7 * 7676) = 506.2931
It doesn't work.
you forgot amandas pin code...
506.2931 is supposed to be Amanda's pin code
You do not even needs to divide. They multipled 2 numbers with an even number and got odd one as result that is imposible.
Can these magicians and mind readers stop using books. Simple logic says the books are rigs or selection is forced. Super lame.
i did not like it did not understand it. simon looked confuse
These guys are brilliant. People just aren't educated enough to follow and understand.
Really? Go do the math he gave you and if you still think they r brilliant, I have doubt on yours....
Or maybe you are not educated enough to know they messed up really bad.
NUmber is pushed by calculator. You cannot get what they got by multiplications they did. If you work backwards you get the pin is 506.2931....

Cringe
Even though DNA may had messed up badly here they still should've gotten a better position than Issy as she got 2nd place for hardly doing anything
Colin Ryan yup that's true..
