It's an irony. Russia supports separatists in Abkhazia and South Ossetia who want to break away from Georgia and you guys are surprised why Georgians hate Russians.
Absence of anxiety is stagnation, lack of growth. That type of happiness won't last. Happiness is being comfortable with anxiety, this comes from confidence in yourself and your abilities. But nice video - thanks
I was In Georgia an Armenia a weak ago for the first time for a vacation. Most people thought I was from Russia starting talking to me in Russian. When I was telling them that I don't understand cause I'm German most people interacted with me way mor friendly. That was a somehow understandable but still quit disturbing sad experience from time to time

Oh you Germans… Ive experienced 3 full scale invasions of Russian military to my country. We have crazy hybrid war right now… and after all of that i can speak with some Russians and even be friends with them. It’s still not easy, because even Russians who are anti war, do not understand the context of being Russian in Georgia, from the Georgian perspective. You have Russian tourists(most of whom don't care what their country is doing, unless they are somehow personally negatively affected), Russian political refugees .. and in a couple of dozen kilometers theres a Russian military base, occupying 20% of our country and not letting people live in their homes, as you can imagine having Russia as an enemy also stalls the economic investments, we live next to a crazy Bear and thanks to Germany we are never allowed to join NATO, so Georgia and Ukraine remain very vulnerable. Try to comprehend that.

I think the most respect you can show to the people of a country hosting you is to spend as much effort as possible in learning their native language and talk to them in that language. If it’s not enough for a deeper conversation (if necessary) you can still switch to a different jointly spoken language you both agree on. Good to see you and Natasha together. I’ve been following Natasha for a couple years, since she was still studying at her university. She sometimes spoke of moving from Russia but when Russia invaded Ukraine, I felt quite anxious for her safety. She didn’t leave right away and I was afraid she would get arrested before she could leave. I was very relieved when she finally got out. And you, also, Niki. You remained in Russia even longer and I was thinking, this guy is either very brave and or very foolish. Fortunately, it appears now you knew what you were doing and were able to leave on your own schedule. It’s going to be interesting to follow you both now to see what lives you make for yourselves outside your homeland. Best to you both!

Another great video and I loved hearing the answers to the questions you asked Natasha though sad at her definition of what happiness is to her. I really hope sometime she will find true happiness.
What's true to you doesn't have to be true to others. Everyone has different values. I'm happy when I'm comfortable by myself, without worries like money or sickness or mental health struggles. With little things like a good book and a cup of coffee. Who says that is not true happiness when you wake up and feel life is great? If she feels good that is true happiness for her.

Thank you Niki and Natasha so much for sharing your insights and feelings. How much the world and people have changed from when a few hundred of us joined you and Natasha on this journey. When you say "My home is no longer my home" it resonates with millions around the world and even quite strongly with millions of Americans and Europeans. Some years ago, I had planed to return to Asia which always felt more like home than the current place I reside that never felt like home, but after Viral events, Tbilisi and Turkey seemed like the only best options, but after "Special Operations" I all but clicked Tbilisi off the option list. Your insights into Tbilisi are of much value to people who no longer have a home is no longer an option. As for the graffiti, I am reminded of weaponized graffiti in before the Portland riots in America. It appeared suddenly and everywhere, as production propaganda totally unrepresentative of the sentiments of the people, and I wonder if what you see in Tbilisi is more a non-Georgian product? I just head a very popular and respected humanitarian compare building muscle to building the mind and spirit, and "that the more resistance and the more pain there is, the more it grows". To that I might add, only if you don't resent the resistance and pain, and those who inflect it on you. Best wishes to you and everyone in their new or future homes.

Thanks Niki and Natasha, love your content. Been a regular traveler to Georgia the last 12-13 years. Tbilisi has changed so much the last year and a half. Prices on restaurants, food, transportation and housing has skyrocketed. More hardship for the locals. Everybody knows why. Almost nobody greet travelers warmly anymore - because they expect you to be russian. Hard, sad truth. Much love and best wishes for a better future.
Hi Niki, good to see you and Natasha in a video together in Georgia. Last time I watched her channel she had just moved to Georgia was pretty stressed and anxious. Great to see her more settled and happy. I really like her outlook on life. As a senior person, I have found that I have become happier/more content for the fact that my needs are met and I don't look for much more in terms of material things. Getting out in nature, experiencing new places and things, and interacting people are also things that bring me happiness.

Its impressive that you both can communicate in both Russian and English you are so fortunate. You both have Strong Spirits may Guardian Angels keep you strong and safe. Best Wishes to you both.
It's lovely to see you and Natasha making this video together - I subscribed to your channels a while back when you were both still in Russia, and I really enjoy your content. I wish you both success and I also thank you both for sharing your experiences.
Hi Niki. I watched Natasha's vlog when she went on training. I told her where everyone I follow is. You, Zack, Dari, etc. is. I will really like for her to further her studies in America. Dari can give her a lot of advice and Zack can give her tips on raising enough money. You? I see you as a traveller. You learn the language where ever you go. You can do with formal study on languages and work as a interpreter. There is another couple who moved into an apartment in Georgia now. Not the centre of the city, a bit on the outskirts where it's not so expensive. They had to babysit her friend's cat and they stayed there for a long time. They bought a house outside the city. She stayed at the apartment with the kids and he drove to the house to do renovations. They're a lovely couple, raising their kids with love. Her husband is a minister at the church.
Nicky, You are truly the ambassador of good will! Your videos are amazing 🤩 The people you introduce to us are also amazing 😅 keep up the good work and stay safe! 18:58

Hi Niki & @NatashasAdventures 🎉 I liked your ‘Happiness’ question, & made me think. For more happiness, I need: 1) Better sleep- I need to stop ‘political internet surfing’ after 4AM . 2)Hydrate better- I keep forgetting to bring water , during my long walks. Great video ; & this time, I remembered to subscribe. Take care, & I hope to see your next videos, soon.

It is Thanksgiving Day in Canada. I’ve watched RUclips vlogs from both you and Natasha over the last year and like that you both are documentarians, who teach as you vlog each place you go. This is the first time that I noticed that Natasha appeared less stressed than the last year when she was living in Russia after the war was started in Ukraine. In her words, less anxiety equals happiness for her. She must have been very stressed & worried about being thrown in jail because of speaking out against Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Both of you could train as documentary film makers since universities nowadays have zoom classes you could attend university remotely. You are both good communicators. Continue your vlogging ! I shall continue to follow you & Natasha from here in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Its Great to see you both back together again ! Both of you have grown so much in spite of the Adversities you individually had to over come. Its impressive that you both can communicate in both Russian and English you are so fortunate. You both have Strong Spirits may Guardian Angels keep you strong and safe. Best Wishes to you both.
The sleeping dog was a lovely addition to the video 😄
Nikki and Natasha you make a very good team in enjoyed this video and all your videos Nikki. Bill from the USA.
It's lovely to see you and Natasha making this video together - I subscribed to your channels a while back when you were both still in Russia, and I really enjoy your content. I wish you both success and I also thank you both for sharing your experiences.
Your talk with Natasha at the end made me think of Maslow's hierarchy of needs
Its lovely to see you both enjoying time together. Thanks for this video. ❤
glad to see things are going well
Glad to see you two doing well ❤
Thank you for this video, love both of your channel
Nicky,
You are truly the ambassador of good will! Your videos are amazing 🤩 The people you introduce to us are also amazing 😅 keep up the good work and stay safe! 18:58
Really nice video Niki. I hope your time in Georgia is good and that you can feel relaxed living there. It's always great to see Natasha but with the two of you together it's even better.
Niki is a great reporter, Natasha is a RUclips star, the dog is a Georgian mascot. 🙂
great to see you Niki, stay safe and happy.from Australia ❤
Hi Niki & @NatashasAdventures 🎉 I liked your ‘Happiness’ question, & made me think. For more happiness, I need:
1) Better sleep- I need to stop ‘political internet surfing’ after 4AM .
2)Hydrate better- I keep forgetting to bring water , during my long walks.
Great video ; & this time, I remembered to subscribe. Take care, & I hope to see your next videos, soon.
Brilliant I was hoping for this mystery guest
🐾 You and Natasha have been adopted by a cute street dog. Nice conversation with Natasha. Her English is AMAZING! As for restaurant's food, seemed kind of expensive?
The balconies remind me of the movie Rear Window.
Beautiful to hear about your and Natasha's happiness as you gain mastery of your traveling lives and careers.
I enjoyed this so much. Natasha is a delight. Thank you both.
You two are great and your positive insights will always have an audience on here!
Awesome seeing you both together! And what a cute dog following you both!
Niki, I remember your first video with Natasha. it was really good!
That was a looooong time ago!
The store was so cute. When Natasha said small it reminded me of my cat that i had in 2001, i was learning Russian back then and i named my cat Malenikiy 💜 (malenikiy = small/little)
Thank you for this great video. I have also been watching Natasha's channel for years. It is so good to see how much you have both grown up and become happier since leaving Russia. Love and luck to you both 🙏 🤗 🇬🇧
Love this video. So interesting and so honest. Love seeing the dogs too even though I'm more of a cat person these days. I've been watching both of your channels for several years.
