  • Multicolour Fried rice
    Ingredients
    1. Raw rice / Kaima rice / biriyani rice - 2 cups
    2. Capsicum red , green & yellow - 1 cup each (small cubes)
    3. Big onion chopped - 1 cup
    4. Green chilli chopped - 5 to 8
    5. Garlic chopped - 10 to 15 cloves
    6. Salt - to taste
    7. Vinegar - 1 to 2 tbsp
    8. Crushed pepper - 1 tsp
    9. Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
    Preparation
    1. Cook the rice carefully, drain, cool.
    2. On high flame, sauté onion quickly, followed by garlic & green chilli for 2 minutes together.
    3. Sauté all capsicum quickly, for 2 minutes on high flame, add the rice & sprinkle salt, stirring well to mix.
    4. Finish off by adding the vinegar & pepper, stirring, all on high flame. Serve hot.
