Man, I hope these guys come out with some late season bibs and coat for whitetail style hunting. Definitely ordering some of their stuff for early season. Love this pattern!
I would love to see more camo manufacturers incorporate more lighter colors into their patterns like this. Dudes wearing realtree and mossy oak look like Bigfoot at any distance. The light colors break up the human outline the best, no matter the terrain.
I talked to Connor last week about this new camo. I was a ride or die Kuiu guy due to its durability and protection from the rain storms. I put in an order based off of what I use it for and the Rize Jacket, Altitude Pants, shirt and all were phenomenal and at a fraction of the cost I paid for kuiu. VUNI GEAR is by far the best in comfort and weather condition.
fraction of the cost? from what I see comparing the prices it looks exactly the same cost. Rise Jacket 240, Guide jacket 250, altitude pants 180, attack pants 150, long sleeve shirt Zuni 45, Kuiu peloton 79. Pretty similar costs, not what I would say a fraction of the cost. Seems like a commercial here.....
There’s nothing wrong with showing what a product looks like. It’s one of my number one asked questions is to see what I use. You get what you pay for when it comes to hunting gear
Does kuiu give you a 20% discount on everything on their site? Add that into your order. I was about $600 less on Vuni as kuiu and Vuni was far more comfortable and not as stiff. Just my .02.
@@Martin_Chag agreed. pricing looks similar, fit looks good. Pattern would work well for me. Appreciate the heads up. Seems right on par for pricing for quality camo these days, not a fraction of the cost.
Looks like ASAT! How many times have you seen another hunter in camo off in the distance and he looks like a dark spot in the landscape?! The lighter camos definitely break up your form to animals. Great pattern out here in AZ!
Looks like ASAT but more open. I'm surprised their hasn't been a patent infringement suit or something like that, copyright maybe. I do like the design of the pants with the special ad-ons they include.
Looks a lot like the ASAT camo pattern. Still spendy and not much of a difference because camofire has sitka sales constantly but looks interesting for sure. Wish there was a place I could get my hands on it without placing an order. Just not a fan of the copy look of ASAT. But to each their own! Cheers and happy hunting! Good luck this year!
@@Martin_Chag sweet thanks! Much appreciated! Looks interesting for sure. I like the concept of form fitting with athletic build. I’m 6’4” and it’s hard to find camo long enough in the backs of coats that doesn’t get super loose or bulky! Great review! Thanks again!
Love the pattern and all. Just wish some of these high end outfits would keep the price down just a little bit. You know let quantity be where they make their money. I have a few items from firstlite, kuiu but just a little scared to drop that money on something that might not be all that. But I’ll probably try this stuff
I understand. I’ve always used what I could get my hands on because of price. My code will save 20% but I’d say with well above average use this year it has been good for me
Dang Martin pretty cool, thanks for the chag code... I do wish they had more green for the west coast, I find me hiding from more hunters then animals 🤙🏽
Especially if you’re cutting corners of private right!? Haha just playing. 👍 I think it would be worth trying. I know born and raised used to use asat Camo a lot
For 50 years, I've hunted moose... nearly every moose I've shot, I was wearing orange coveralls with reflective strips.... I know, I know...camo gear is great...HOWEVER... when I'm asked why I wear orange coveralls...most times I respond..."so people like you see me and hopefully don't shoot me "
Not going to lie, that looks stupid, my grandpas flannel did just fine for him back in 1980 and he always got it done, you guys in your camo are just trying to look cute.
I see where one could see the similarities. However, they are quite different, the quality of gear and pattern. You get your hands on some and it’s easier to see 👍

It’s great and I think they have talked about that. Use my code to save some money 👍
Vunigear is so much more than a pattern. Very well thought out and designed. As a long legged mountain hunter. I love they have a 36" inseam.

Exactly!
Pretty cool gear I will have to check out their system. Thanks 🙏 for sharing your experience with it.
It sounds really loud. Is that the microphone being too close or is it the material? Anyone got any feedback ?

Where is Vuni made?

I know what you mean at a glance. You get your hands on some and you’ll see the difference along with a better build
Pretty cool-looking patterns I’ll check them out if anything I have wears out!!
I would try it if that had solids. Thanks for the system overview.
I believe they have some coming !

You can go to Humphries archery in payson and check it out! You’ll see it’s quite a bit different than asat

hi Martin. I got a nice dear this year. Anywhere you would recommend for getting a euro mount here in utah?
My buddy Big Tine Euro ! Look him up on Instagram

Haha that’s a good response. Moose aren’t very skittish animals. Most the moose I see let you walk 15 feet away. They know they are the boss

Gosh dang it 😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Things change! Nothing wrong with Chag or your grandfather wearing what they wear!
So it’s a poor copy of ASAT….. yeah. Super cool bro. 🙄
