After testing a lot of different things since last night I'll drop my findings here: Radioactive-Powered sucks for bloodied builds. While you're at max AP it does nothing but while you're regenerating AP it takes your rads away. Perfect for a full health build but terrible for bloodied. Just burn your AP with a jetpack and your rads will heal. Limit-Breaking doesn't give you enough crit charge when bloodied to actually do anything so it's basically just a weak version of critical savvy and basically the same thing applies to the new four leaf clover perk. One piece of miasma wasn't great but a full set was pretty good except for vs the robots that it barely even damages. Stalwart's may not be too bad since reflect damage scales with DR. Everyone with a brain is gonna run ricochet and if they don't you can share it with them anyway while boosting the reflect damage by giving them the 250 DR. Tanky's puts a purple highlight on your character to show when it's active and it works as well as you'd expect. Rejuvenator's is interesting and idk how I feel about it. Even with a full set it's still a slow regen but it seems to always work. It works in combat and AP is even regenerated while sprinting or in VATS. I wonder if it'll stack with multiple players all running a full set. Gauss shotgun is basically back to where it was before they changed how the damage was calculated. Once I boosted the damage high enough I could spam long range shots in VATS and still get kills and if I used a crit at point blank I'd die instantly. We went full circle right back to where we were before. The cannibal/bloodsucker combo is nice as a carnivore. I went from 3 hp to over 100 by the time the animation had even finished and keeping your hunger and thirst full at all times is extremely easy just by eating corpses. Even in the live game there's a way to skip the animation but still have it work and I can't figure out for the life of me how to do it consistently.
A friendly note(mostly to the crazies that comment), these 4th star effects are not out yet, they will be changed and modified, when they are changed they are not being nerfed, they literally aren't out yet. They are on the PTS for testing and there will be changes.
How are we going to get 4 star legendaries? Will they be rewarded after raids like after Expeditions? Drop during the raid? Buy random 4 stars from purveyor? If they’re exclusive to raids, and we need to scrap for mods/plans, I can see this getting stale really fast.
@@TYRYT could also sync nicely with the miasma effect, but unsure of the effects wording, since it says hit does that mean melee? or just any projectile? because if it includes projectiles, becoming a walking plague sounds hilarious
@@SirRoderickThunderbottom Miasma activates on any hit. I'm not sure if the game considers it to actually be poison damage though. They added icons under the enemy's health bar to indicate effects like poison and you don't get the poison icon when miasma damages an enemy. On the other hand it barely damages robots who are immune to poison. The damage to them is barely noticeable but they aren't completely immune. I did test Strangler Heart with a Kabloom with viper's on it and it was surprisingly good. I just kept shooting the ground near enemies and they would die in a few shots in most cases.
I just want Bethesda to finally do something great. I’m rooting for them, I’m tired of getting disappointed by seeing what things could be. I have faith lol
Shame they removed that effect that does more dmg when you hit a target after killing an enemy. When they first talked about 4 stars I remember it being there, would've been awesome for a Tesla. Looking forward to these but moved away from commando, currently using a build you recommended Tyr ^^ Overeaters and Sentinel on a PowerArmor that with the cremator and Holy Fire so looking forward to Pyromaniac. I would like to see something like Gunther's pistol, like using a different ammo type for some weapons. Or just being able to have bleed, fire, poison and cryo as a four star effect. Thanks for the video, let's hope we get these effects!
Some of these are definitely getting changed. Conductors is far too OP from what I've seen. Some of them will definitely switch up the meta and we'll get some build diversity

Works well. 1st shot with a weapon initiates the poison debuff from SH PA and follow up shots have the +50% bonus damage.
Looking forward to that better version of furious, and the melee armor boost, easy 125% DMG for my auto axe build
