Perfect timing, queue just got empty, time to watch part 2!
Man, I hope you can pull this off. Very interesting.
What are you planning to use for an ecu? If you don't have anything in mind I highly recommend the ignitek ignition for the Magna. Fully tunable and very affordable. Don't like the fact that they ship out of Prague scare you either. I got mine in less than a week.
Also, where did you get your engine? I've been looking for a couple years and shipping is always more than the engine.
I am using the ECU out of the same VFR the engine came from. I ended up finding one about 4 hours from me for a great deal so I drove and picked it up
@@jamesrevels Very cool. I was just wondering if you were going to go with something tunable to eek out a bit more power. Advance timing and all that fun stuff.
If I was doing a turbo kit or something I might but I’m not that worried about it
@@jamesrevels I gotcha. Good luck! I never considered nitrous but as far as the engine goes you're doing exactly what I've wanted for years but never had the money to do. Can't wait to see how it turns out
What specialty socket did you get for the flywheel?
I believe it was a 26x30 spanned socket
