What I didn't realize when watching videos of series 1 is that the team name and border of the base cards are foil. It's such a small thing but it really makes the design pop. Honestly, I like the base card better than a large number of the parallels
I’m about 3/4 through my case of blasters. 15 Elly base, 12 JD base, 12 Carter. JD egg, Carter bunny, Elly blue and Elly chrome with a blue print of each. I’ve also gotten two heavy lumbers, Bryce Harper and Jazz. Not bad. Don’t forget to look for the rookie “First Card” logo on the rookie base cards. Topps snuck those in as a chase as it’s on the first run of all rookies. It’s the first sheet ran through the presses of each rookie. Pretty rare.

There is over 1million more copies of those base cards out there, zero value in that.

From what I’ve seen the Ohtani/Soto uniform variants are not flipped, but just included in the base cards. They also have the base card code ending in 002. So unless you’re really paying attention you could whiz right by them.
Massive print! I watched a breaker, go through 100 cases series 1 jumbo! He did pull a " cut auto " out of a case! Ernie Banks! His first out of flagship! So they do exist! But all of this other madness! Print , is nuts! 😂

Best buy mailed me 5 hangers yesterday. I was going to wait to open them until I got back from the Burbank card show and said what the heck, let's see what we can hit. Maybe we can grade it. Ended up hitting the Elly De La Cruz Home Field Advantage!! Thanks for the great content man.

Got some from BJs pulled Carter And Elly Holiday plus an Elly Egg, 2 Target Megas landed an Evan Carter Gold /2024. But Walmart 7 Blasters and 6 Hangers were Turds. Lol.

Dude blasters are nuts I happened to find 2 and got a gold#d 2 rainbow foils, 6 spring cards, a blue a chrome, a jersey relic, and a purple #d plus pretty much all the top cards I was looking for there crazy. I'm going to look for more tomorrow

Very fun video. These blasters are fun and I love the spring parallels! I just got 4 of those plus 4 fanatics blasters. I don't think the fanatics boxes have the holiday cards, is that correct? They do have 2 extra packs (9 vs. 7).
Hey stryke - I grabbed a random blaster for a blaster battle against my co-worker, snagged a Ken Griffey jr auto redemption. Let’s just say… prolly the best I could expect and boy were we going crazy! Lol

i opened a blaster yesterday that was just about IDENTICAL to the first one you opened. except it didn't have a numbered card in it. it did have an Elly RC tho

I pulled my first ever Heavy Lumber out of a blaster yesterday.
That blue Edwin Diaz had the Topps logo in a weird place
ripped two of these yesterday and pulled all of the chase rookies and more parallels than i got in my hobby.

My two blasters were real duds. No numbered. No gold foil, no gold, only base Easter, no big rookies. My only fun pulls were a blue border Albert Pujols 89 and a Chrome Stars of mlb chrome Henry Davis.

So I’ve opened a hobby, 2 blasters, a mega, and 10 hangers. Hangers were by far the best (yes I know small sample size). 7 numbered and one Judge bat relic. I will not be passing up any hangers if I ever see them in the wild.

Realizing how hard it is to pull a gold card. Only got 1 in my jumbo box. Since then ive opened 1 Mega Box, 5 Hangers, 1 Blaster and 2 Fanatics blasters and didn't get a single one out of all of that. Also not a single Dominguez or De La Cruz RC since the jumbo either. Either im on a bad luck streak or its just the way it is.
Shohei's card says designated. You just dont see the whole word. You have Outfield, Infield, Catcher etc on the other player versions of that card.

I opened 10 each of blasters, hangers, and fat packs. There are several base cards that I didn't get even one of (including Ohtani). Topps collation is terrible.

I think I have a 2024 series 1 error card. Vlad jr. no team name. No player name. No border. Topps logo on bottom right corner. As oppose to top left on base card.

As you open the first box I will say yes it’s going to be that way. Blasters by far have the most parallels. Wanna make your money back blasters are the way. Now on with the program.

"Hey its a parallel" is such a great way to sum things up with this release. This stuff is printed to beyond the moon. Jupiter here we come. Shout out to everyone ripping this stuff at full retail/breaker prices. It's just money at the end of the day.

I get ya, but at least kids and collectors can get most rookies for $1. If print runs are an issue target and chase the numbered rookies.
I'm a collector so I don't mind. I very seldom do sell some of my cards.
