When he was clean, he gained weight fast because he loved food when he wasn't shooting dope. When he was using, he would sing this song and emulate shooting up. Here, he is not. They would have made some money off AIC in this era, and pleased fans that were not alive or old enough to see AIC in person. Oh well we have these vids to watch.
