When the Randy Rhoads years came out it was said in a guitar magazine that all the vocals were rerecorded for songs such as Trouble. The cool thing was they took the original master of the guitar tracks, played it through Carlos Cavazo's amp, recording and duplicating the tracks like Randy had done on the Ozzy material. That's why it sounds so much bigger.
The first 2 are officially gonna be reissued onto CD and vinyl, it will be available everywhere, it should had been available from the start, great song
My Story put to Music makes me think about endless hours in court thank God someone could do it Justice QR was Great before and after Randy R dont sell Carlos C Short he was no slouch
@JacobSmithUK ah,yes i got it ,of course in 1978 ozzy was already famous and QR not so much, but the gentleman down there discribed QR as a crappy band and i dont support this.Im not vs ozzy or sabbath but i prefer QR
I'm not. He'd still be around today, very likely (especially if he quit smoking). He would probably be far beyond any known guitar player ever, above Joe Satriani and Steve Vai.
I like Quiet Riot so much more than Van Halen. David Lee Roth's voice is not so interesting to me, the melodies in QR are so much more infectious than VH, with or without Randy.
No... Carlos is like the 2cd Randy Rhoads... I love Randy to death, but the main reason he is famous is because he died, and was w/ Ozzy. As for Cum On Feel The Noize, well, they say they didn't get it. But that doesn't lessen Carlos Cavazo and Quiet Riot's musical ability at all... Randy IS (not was) a Guitar God, no denying that. But Guitarlos is great. By the way... What the fuck is "quite right"?
No, he is not popular cause he died, and yeah he played with OZZY OSBOURNE..... That should say a lot talent wise... Carlos is good but he is no Rhoades.. His guitar playing from their first album to this one was an incredible leap, and his stage posture was second to none. You sound really weird. Back to the playing, Rhoads from QR first album to this one was crazy different. His stuff with Ozzy was crazy good too, for you to say he became popular due to death is real stupid. His solo in Mr. Crowley got him popular, his solo in Crazy Train got him popular, his solo/guitar playing in Flying High Again got him popular, and so forth.
Listening to these albums for the first time and this song is the first time I recognized RR during the solos. Shame the band stifled him. This song is lame like the rest but that solo is badass as fuck.
@@iamtuckalicious The football locker room gay undertones lol? But really I think the idea of the cover was about getting ready for the game is like getting ready to go on stage.
@Ram777Ment hahahahahaha well, QR was crappy with Randy but it was also pretty shitty with Carlos. Cum on Feel the Noize was a cover. Well done, but still a cover. I guess Mental Health is a good song, but still cheesy. Overall, QR sucks, and Randy Rhoads proved himself a genius with Ozzy.
Randy, you're still the king in my world.

Thanks for the information bro' I didn't know that
Oh. I always wondered what it meant by "played through Carlos' amp"
I had that magazine also. I remember reading , Kevin saying he re-recorded all Randy’s parts through a Marshall for that fat sound.
The drums and bass were re done too
That crunchy 70s hard rock combined with Rhoads' guitar skills is KILLER awesome!

Can’t wait
Any update?
This one has somethin special... Is my favorite so far...
Randy ❤
🧡
💚
I have this album(LP).
And this song is most favorit tune in it,
For some reason this reminds me of the Brownsville Station song "I get so excited" (1974)...
I would hope so because he is one of the greatest guitar players ever...
I don’t care.... fan of these 2 albums since 1986. Love them to death.
The lead work is god tier.
The beginning reminds me of Good times Bad time Zeppelin
Seven wonders of the world are missing that sound... Fucking perfect!!!
Do your self a favor the solo starts at 3 17
I gotta say, the version in the Randy Rhoads Years sounds a lot better
NachoFast IT was remixed by Kevin!
The remastered version is much closer to what Randy wanted back then but producers had the upper hand
I hate the Randy years!
100%
This solo sounds much better
Randy is the best

How can I find the versions on the Randy Rhoads Years album?
?
So this is all original guitar parts by Randy Rhoads and nobody else coming in behind him and re-recording guitar stuff added in????
Υes, from original Japanese pressing Album, Quiet Riot II (1978)
I can't believe Randy was the one who said Quiet Riot was gonna go nowhere.
He would be blown away today, im sure of it. (:
This Music is Amazing but i like the other version. The version of Randy Rhoads Years Album.

HEHE THE VOCALS
thumbs up who thinks that QR ROCKS!! and is one or the best band ever
@Ram777Ment sorry, METAL health. typo.
Essa versão soa como um bom clássico, a "remasterizada" soa como um cover de si mesmo. A de QR II é melhor e ponto.
What is the drummer wearing? It reminds me of that Freddie Mercury court jester style leotards he wore
@JacobSmithUK hhhmmmm.......?-what do you mean now?
On Google man, search for ''Quiet Riot-Randy Rhoads Years Download''
@Ram777Ment btw, you are just making up crap saying the album cover was Randy's idea.
That's Kevin ? Voice doesn't sound, his usually Harsh-tone.
In the days of my youth I was told what it means to be a man... Oh wait, wrong song. But it starts just like Good Times, Bad Times.

yeah but in hindsight if he lived, he'd be just as big as EVH
ThadoS He was already better.
@@TheNuisanceBird He said as BIG as EVH. As in as famous.
@janderson2000 pppffffffffffff............, QUIET RIOT ROCKS!!!!! ....who's that ozzy ,making reality shows on mtv
I'm glad Randy left this band

The solo is straight out of "Crazy Train" but at a slower pace.

The gayest album cover ever. Thank God Randy joined Ozzy and stopped being such a little queen in this crappy band.
