Excellent video Andy , Auto steer was a pipe dream when I gave up drilling ( Sulky 4M combi) , great to see how A-B lines are setup and how tramlines fit into it. Liking the look of the Bateman, had a Sands lowline 2000 back in the day
Really appreciate all the videos you do and understand how much more work you have to do on the farm when the weather lets you. Proper good tractor work 👍
Another great video Andrew, always interesting to see how things have changed so much since I was a teenage farmer, many moons ago! Also realised from the road footage at the beginning of the video that your farms must be just up the road from me!! Dropped you an email, not sure if you've seen it. A few dry days at the moment, so hope you're keeping on top of things. Cheers.
excellent video again Andy but I am worried. You look knackered mate. I appreciate its a mega busy time for you but you are no use to anyone if you hurt yourself. Take care of number one please.
I love how you speak to the camera as if your talking to 'us' as viewers. It's very endearing. Cool vid.. I wish I got the '24m High/low' gag... Must be a sprayer brand thing is it?
Couple questions- Why do you feel you need to wait 24 hours post application on glyphosate? In bad weather conditions we will seed as soon as as rain fast period is past which is generally 2 hours or less. Ideally we like 24 hours or more but sometimes wind doesn’t cooperate. Secondly why did you not just set a heading rather then an AB line - ie, set your line to straight North or south? Lastly you would appreciate our field sizes as most of ours are 1/2 mile by 1 mile rectangular fields (320 acres or 125 hectares).
24 hours before drilling as per the label on the chemical. Anything less or more than the label states is illegal. As a fully qualified sprayer operator, it would be very unwise for Andy to say anything else.
Stephen Isgar Canadian label -9.1 PRIOR TO PLANTING - ALL CROPS This product may be applied prior to planting all crops for control of emerged weeds listed on this label. Ensure weeds are at the desired stage at the time of application. This product does not provide preemergent weed control and newly germinating weeds may be a problem in the crop. APPLY BEFORE SEEDING OR TRANSPLANTING
What’s gonna happen when Roundup is taken off sale brother? That day is coming , Monstanto Bauer losing multi million euro lawsuits . The time is coming due to legal precedent when it will no longer be financially viable for these companies to continue to produce glyphosate

Great videos! Just subbed to the channel, wondering why you have 3 seeders? Väderstad the one in this video and Amazone? Thanks!
You need to get Norac or something similar added to the sprayer for the boom height. Have you not got auto steer on the sprayer either.
Great video Andy, did you end up buying the 6130?
Technology in the john deer is brilliant
It would be good to see a shot of the drone hovering near the tractor as you move along.
Enjoying the video's as always, where was eric? btw posted a link to your vid for onelonelyfarmer to watch. hope he likes it too.
How come you changed drill model. Is it very different soils? Which works best
I was going to say! We’re still spraying at 12 metre with our Massey 165....
Busy as ever, take care.
Which drone have you got Andy?
Nice video Andy.
Good video Andy👍

Hello mate, the HI LO is a Bateman sprayer just 2 generations older than the one I drive.
It's a farming life for me! Ah cheers Andy. 👍🏽
Wats the different between the weaving and the vadastad
I may be wrong but the weaving drill is better in wet clayey ground and the vaderstad is better in sandy light soil
Jamie Brown ok thanks
The weaving is better in wetter conditions and the Vaderstad is better in drier conditions .
Here a question 4 Andy is the seed bags not 600 kg not 500 kg
Great video Andy, can you not drill more with the weaving drill if Simon cultivated it deeper to get the bed cleaner? Great drone shots.
Layton Phillips thunk it’s all the stones
If you cultivate it deeper it uses lot more fuel when you don’t actually need to
Poor lad looks shattered?
Give it 2 weeks of good weather and I bet he will bored endless when he's all worked up.
Love the videos keep it up 👍
why the 2 different seed coatings?
Great video 👍👍
Plenty in the tank sir!
What gps dome have you got on the 215?
its a bit dryer than last year
What's the song at 22:50
👍

7:40 weren’t you the combine driver? 😂
Yes lol
I laughed too at the dig at himself as well “ the combine drivers fault”.
Good video Andy 👌🏻👍🏻
