Britain waged a brutal war on China in the 19th-century because Beijing refused to allow the British to flood the Chinese market with opium. As a result of that event, known as the Opium Wars, China was defeated and humiliated by the British and, among other degrading acts, forced to cede the historic Chinese region of Hong Kong to the British Empire. For approximately 150 years, Hong Kong was a colony of a ruthless colonial power in which London implemented its dictatorial will in the Chinese region through a British colonial governor there who enjoyed a luxurious and conceited lifestyle on soil which was being exploited by London, even though it was not Britain’s to enjoy in the first place. Why Britain started the Opium War? ruclips.net/video/EYq7nfqVVe8/видео.html You call it the imperialist age, but I would rather call it the age of gangs of thieves and murderers. Indeed, for 500 years, from 1501 to 2000, the European countries, their offshoots (USA, Australia and Canada) and Japan (They are commonly known as the western countries) have been acting as gangs of thieves and murderers, terrorising the non-western countries, invading their territories, stealing their wealth and killing their people. Over the 500 year period, the gangs of thieves and murderers have invaded practically all the non-western countries, have stolen hundreds of trillions of dollars worth of wealth, have murdered hundreds of millions of people. As a result, they, the gangs of thieves and murderers became rich out of the vast quantities of wealth they stole from the non-western countries. At the same time, the non-western countries were impoverished because of the vast quantities of wealth stolen from them by the western countries. In 1800, China and India were the 2 richest countries in the world. As a result of the thefts carried out by the gangs of thieves and murderers, they were turned into 2 of the poorest countries in the 1st half of the 20th century. The funny thing is that the gangs of thieves and murderers, after they had stolen more than 75% of the wealth of China and India, wondered why the Chinese and the Indians were so poor and so backward. However, the tide turned in 1950 when the non-western countries started to develop their economies, their technologies and their militaries. By 2000, the gangs of thieves and murderers were finding it harder to use brute force to steal the wealth of the non-western countries. Now, it is impossible for any of the gangs of thieves and murderers, including the US, to use brute force to steal any non-western country. The gangs of thieves and murderers must either renounce being gangs of thieves and murderers and join the community of civilised countries, or face extinction. --Wyo Dragon Chinese History: 20,291 Opium Chests Destroyed (1839) ruclips.net/video/aGkkrmbIdco/видео.html

@@perfectsplit5515 the word boxing is a term loosely coined by the west based on a translation of the word quan(or kuen in cantonese) which can also translate to fist. In Chinese martial art, we refer to most system as a quan, like taichiquan, bajiquan and xingyiquan. Within each quan there are empty-hand techniques and weapon techniques which are called shu, similar to the word jutsu in Japanese(so sword techniques will be called jianshu/daoshu in Chinese and kenjutsu in Japanese). An interesting fact for you viewer's. The boxer's claimed to be able to block swords and bullets through their spiritual procession. During the martial arts demonstrations that were mentioned they perform such feats and gained a massive following. I of course believe in such things but I will let you decide whether you want to believe it.
