Looks delicious! We've only got a little 17" griddle at our house, the one-burner model; would love to see some recipes built around the smaller space!
I love the process for these dishes… three for three on the “favorite” ledger, zucchini being the newest acquired taste (as long as I can season it properly🙄… Still can’t get me to like avocado “straight up”…. Don’t push it! 🤣
Love the small red potatoes , Rosemarie and a light butter broccoli, home run too, zucchini, you rocked a hat trick threesome. We grow a lot of zucchini from our garden. Sweet corn this time of year makes the added flavor. Good ones!!
These look like more than side dishes. Looks like a smoking great meal. The older I get meat isn't as important. A little bread and alot of veggies are great. 😁
