    Regarding length/growing taller: My middle child was lightweight from the start. Not tall, but also not especially short when she was born, either. It took some back-and-forth discussion with health services (I only breastfed and we were vegetarians at the time, so there was pressure to give her formula). Finally, though, one smart lady at the health bureau concluded that my middle one fits perfectly into the Moroccan/Southern European/Northern African growth curve. And it is true. She is a healthy young woman with a length close to her grandmothers from both sides. Both are ladies of un-Dutch height (i.e. a little on the short side). My daughter's mental capacities are beyond that of many of her peers, despite a menu lacking meat and dairy. She's now a vegan and has been for about 5 years. She and her sister converted me from vegetarian to plant-based. No turning back for me ;-)

    I love Dr. Brooke.
    She has proven that bible still is applicable today.
    With the exception of adding the omega 3's her goodbye protocol is the diet chosen by the 3 young Hebrews in Daniel chapter 1🎉

    If you’re having trouble sleeping, turn off your Wi-Fi. That has helped me unbelievably! Do not sleep with your cell phone next to your bed turn it off and take it to another room.

      @@robet3244 good question. I have always been able to wake up on my own. I would say if you have to keep it in your room, keep it as far away from you as you can in airplane mode if your alarm will work in airplane mode.
      There is a book called The invisible, rainbow. I suggest everyone read about frequencies. It’s an amazing book! Also, there is a RUclips channel that has great information. Cultivate elevate.

    I love love love, how you plan your family time around activities and not food! Every special day or holiday or celebration is always planned around food. It’s no wonder we are so unhealthy and overweight as a society. We need a new way of approaching life. It sounds so simple when you said it but until now I never even thought about that. Thank you for that and all you do, I am slowly but surely getting healthy and my family are as well. I really, really appreciate you and am so grateful.🙏❤️❤️

    Good morning Dr. Brooke Goldener,
    First I hope I spelt your name correctly.
    Thank you for all you do and making your findings free to the general public.
    I have a question regarding eating raw vegetables: in many communities in Africa, the vegetables bought in the market are exposed to dirty water (not clean). Please advise.
    Second concern is the problem of Protein-Energy Malnutrition (aka Kwashiorkor), in the absence of animal protein and milk in the diet, what are your recommendations to help combat this epidemic?
    I look forward to your response. Thank you.

    Thank you, Dr G.
    Can anyone shed some light on this for me: I was on different thyroid hormones for 10+ years. I weaned off a couple of years ago. I have been hyper nourishing (HN) and taking iodine since early January this year. Since then, my TSH has been 11, then 8, then 11 again and then jumped to 33. I have no idea why! 😢 I was told it could be due to a lack of selenium, causing the T4 to not be converted to T3, so I have added a supplement daily. I’m also wondering if it’s something I’m still eating, though. Are there foods known to raise TSH?
    Thanks in advance.

    • @thenellierose
      @thenellierose Год назад +7

      I avoided cruciferous vegetables for years because of a hypothyroid diagnosis and still felt terrible. I've added in more than ever over several months through hyper-nourishing and I feel great. I just make sure to get enough iodine in my diet (through iodized salt and seaweed). Sometimes you have to try things out for yourself and go based on how you feel, your labs, etc.
