Proud To Be Chilean!
I live in Chile :O! It's very beautifull my country :D
Muy apacionante.
La mitades de los fondos marinos es de mucha calidad
“The new Nazca-Desventuradas Marine Park is a gift from Chile to the world,” said Enric Sala, National Geographic Explorer-in-Residence and head of the Society’s Pristine Seas project. That is what I have just read on Care2. Wonderful.
Beautiful Sea Life. We live on an awesome planet.
that's my country !!!
guard it well, my friend, in the name of science and mother nature
When I heard the word Pristine repeated so many times, I had a hunch that Dr. Enric Sala is somehow involved in the expedition. When I saw his face I just can't help but smile.
This is amazing wow!! So beautiful and very pristine. I get goosebumps all the time from national geographic! I love you guys thank you.You give me the spark that ignites my passion to see the world!!

Wow! Beautiful Footage of Marine Life off the Coast of Chile. This is what National Geographic does Best.
4:41 A beautiful sight with the last visible light peaks through the clouds almost as a symbol of hope...
Omg I love chile!!
Chile!!!! :)
I'm Chilean, I'm living in one of the most rare and beautiful countries of right now, we should be known by a lor of people, there's a lot of Intersting things here, just like these animals, we have a lor of forest on the south and the most arid dessert of the world on the north!!
Your country is very beautiful and fascinating...are most of the islands in the south undeveloped?
+Shawn Weed I think so, my country doesn't have the technology to explore them and we are going throw some tough times to I could say, so no one is really taking care of this kind of places, there's so many thing to discover, they're not yet explored
+Valeria Inés Claps Jara I love google earth as it allows you to see places in detail you wouldn't be able to without being there in person...your country is amazing...gods country...i hopevto visit there some day...and see the amazing topograpghy, and meet the kind and gracious Chilean people...peace to you
+Shawn Weed hope you can come here one day!! You will never forget it:)
Wonderful to watch.
wow very beautiful
Thanks
so beautiful.
LOL I don't ever think I've heard the word pristine that much in my life
Guess it must've been that impactful! Surely seemed that way
Paradise on earth
Beautiful!
Fleet of 100 Japanese ships just left their ports!! Thanks for the address!! LOL, j/k but in all seriousness I hope that bringing light to these "pristine" islands does cause Chile to protect it if not my first comment will come true!
Keep the oceans clean☀️
increible!!
Awesome, can't wait to fish there!
So here's a good idea let's make a RUclips video about it so now everyone in the world will know about this place and will come invade! Real smart guys...
you have no comprehension skills, the video is about protecting a habitat that chileans did think was important. I'm chilean and i didn't even know that we had habitats like this. its educational and informative if anything you remedial fuck
tna415 I farted in an elevator once, and then blamed it on the old woman that was standing next to me. I haven't been able to sleep since then
1joker1312 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
it also educates the general public why places like this should be preserved
highvoltage47
It was preserving itself quite nicely before the public knew. Nature does not need man to exist, but we need it.
chile my wonderful country i hope that they rescue this island
Im Chilean and yes i Love my country but please who really cares if this is "My" beautiful country or not, what really matter is that this is our planet and is up to ourselves to preserve it.
Awesome work btw to Oceania Chile and NatGeo.
#ThisisChile my beloved country!
very nice, thanks :)
beautiful mount island and beautiful sea deep
Thanks nat geo. Working to educate.
What a beautiful place
My beautiful and marvelous country :)
They need to preserve and protect this place well, this is like the only lively place in our oceans now.
I agree.. These kinds of places better remain unknown we all have pretty good idea what could happen if it was exposed to the hand of humans , now it's your responsibility to keep this place alive and safe.
Should lock it down and collect data for sometime and then open up for the tourists to see when it is safe. Have a submarine go down with people inside. We all would love to see this pristine sea face to face and enjoy the moments you guys enjoyed.
Wow.Our God is indeed awesome
That's gorgeous
a very inspiring video
Beautiful! Should become a Hope Spot how Sylvia Earl had explained
Must've been fun to film this!
Beautiful....SubhanAllah
Now all they need is BP with their wonderful Oil Rigs ! Then it will be just like the gulf of Mexico !
Stop using religion and politics to causing trouble to our human mankind forever. We live on earth to be happy and diverse with any lives without violence. This video is about the wild animals that need to be protected not religious nonsense issue to our wildlife.
Waw this video is a really awsome
pristine ... pristine .... pristine
Beautiful creation
Created by our awesome creator 💜

15lb lobsters? oh man that really got my attention. that is one special place.
I wood like places like these
Neat. *snaps picture*
Hey I'm from there :) cool
Красота!
Amazing that places like this still exist. Such a shame mankind has destroyed nearly everything. On a side note: I hope to scuba dive eventually, lets just hope places like that still exist by then
And to believe some people would prefer to go live on Mars...not realizing how beautiful our planet is.
There is so much life here! I hope this beautiful place won't get invaded like the Amazon has.
Cool
Interesting
The people who go underwater and explore (not the cameramen) but the scuba divers, what's their job title? Are they marine biologists?
wow...this is really amzing..i lve scuba but scare me bcoz i don't knw how to swim...so dispointed...
why only 5 minutes ;'(
Pristine, pristine, pristine, pristine...
We know where the lobster fisherman are going next.
Am i the only one that thinks that eels at 3:09 look animated?
i did too
king plant I mean...nothing new for nat geo, just disappointed a bit...
Haha how many times did the man say "pristine?" I counted at least five.
Really though, they (the islands and accompanying reefs) are very beautiful.
how do they get a camera view of the submarine from outside of it? I can't imagine divers outside of it at that depth in an unknown area..
Gunships need to protect these islands from all fishing; sightseeing only.
sightseeing if not done responsably is also not good.
Shit was pristine AF
good, now we all know where to catch fish :D
the Ocean is one of the biggest mysteries on Earth, we need to explore them a lot, then explore other planets...
Here's the thing QUIT BUILDING BUILDINGS because we have just a little amazing things in this planet that we have and explore so treasure these things that we have in the world please
que guapo
Yep the moment they said large lobster I thought this was a mistake, lets hope the government does a good job protecting this wonder.
necesito ir a estas islas a estudiar su flora
that´s amazing n.n
Know i know where to go to spear fish lol thanks guys
while one part of me relishes the beauty of videos like this that natgeo brings to subscription feed the other part of me wishes that they had never published this video in the first place to the public because all this is doing is bringing attention to remote pristine places like this in the world which will only encourage exploitation and overfishing. i mean the captain of japanese whaling ship could be watching this video right now.
looks like Ascension island before everyone and their brother came in
Hello
Dont let people who destroy the nature...
Pause the video at 3:00 and tell me the fish are not inside the sub
!hope no one would exploit this place too.
pinochet says HI!
hi from qfi school
Oh my gosh please don't touch anything there
0:19 I would wait at the bottom until it was all clear.
سبحان الله
As much as i would love to go and see it..i think its best for all of us to stay away from these beautiful places..let animals live in peace❤️
subahanllah,, Allah is creat the Universe
Jesus
U just exposed one of the last places, that humans have yet fucked it over. Now u just gave many reasons for a lot of investors and fishermen to make a lot of money. GJ!
What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world?
the fact that u would ask that question pretty much sums it up. the fact that u want change
But are they... pristine?
All of a sudden I'm hungry for lobster. Mmmmm
Parents lived there
This could be a five hour documentary, net NG only shows 4 minutes....
