What did Jack mean when he said, what's wrong with not taking care of the people who helped build the business. Surely companies should look after their employees, treat them with courtesy and respect. Did he get his words muddled up

Lol & omg... Those last two worthless questions have got me steaming. "What are YOU doing for the women and poor people"? Gimme a break. What are the women and poor people doing for themselves is the question. Vanguard is an index fund company, it already caters to everybody by design, it caters to serve every walk of life by following the entire Dow Jones average in returns with the lowest MGMT fees. To do anything specifically catered to groups would be to run an activity managed mutual fund which is going to gouge the returns of what said group already has little of. Vanguard serves equally, it's not impossible to invest, they have a minimum amount required yes, so guess what you do, you save up to that required amount and invest it. So simple only a couple of brain dead argument frenzied feminazi's could not grasp it. Stupid people always trying to stir the pot with stupid emotional bait.
