Depends on the severity of the rain. I think anything over 50% is going to be avoided but under that seems pretty easily manageable, I can see top split people still racing but lower splits may still avoid all rain. Also the weather forecast is constantly changing so it will give people plenty of options, to pick from.
You do realize that this is max rain right? This won't ever happen in official series. A lot of people really enjoy the rain, even with its quirks like the brake lights being dim.

The actual driving on wet is really fun tho. They probably gonna lower the opacity of those cloud, its not a big deal to fix
