Why, Why in the name of the holy holy HOLY messiah would you ever put a used CVT in a car when you know it's just gonna do the same thing very soon. That's one hell of a risk, one thing of it was a ATF type with known mileage is ok, but just swapping a used CVT is like rebuilding a house that was destroyed by a tornado with advance warning it will go through the same spot in 6 months. When it does go out again, you need to replace the cones and belt, only chance you have of it lasting for a decent time. Also, you will need to drain and fill the fluid (4 quarts) either every oil change, or every other oil change, only chance you'll have of it lasting.
I have a 2013 with the same symptoms sitting in my driveway. A used replacement is an option I am considering versus paying someone 4K to do a rebuild. Sure, you are rolling the dice. It could fail in 3 months or 3 years. But it's only a 1000-1500 bucks parts and labor to do a swap.
You can’t just replace the belt, it takes a whole rebuild to fit a different belt. It’s not like tires or pc parts that magically fit and work. If you just slap it on and try to drive with the new belt, chances are it will snap.
So nobody gonna talk about how that Honda cvt lasted 269k miles
Its kilometers
Boss where did bought your transmission?
In case if the car Run and reverse and still making that Noise ? Would it still be the transmission?
I have the same problem and looking for the same transmission

Why would you put a CVT in ANY Accord for that matter? (I'm looking at YOU, Honda)
I'm confused. Why not just change the broken belt?.
