So from what I can interpret from that secret cutscene, Naughty bear is actually a unibear who was somehow captured by Daddles, and had his horn removed for reasons unknown. After waking up and realizing his horn was gone, he trips when going after Daddles and I assume he somehow lost his memory of that incident after tripping on his head, and doesn't even remember that he is himself is a unibear. I assume that the horn is source of the unibear's pureness, and after the loss of his horn, his heart became "naughty." When Daddles escaped, he spreaded a lie to the rest of the bears on the island that Naughty Bear is a dangerous bear who came to the island to threaten everyone and can't be trusted, which is why he was bullied, ostracized, and sometimes even hunted down by the rest of the bears, all so Daddles could cover up his own heinous crime.

This game helped me in dark times, in secondary school I got bullied relentlessly to the point of suicidal thoughts, the game was an escape and allowed me to release my rage in a more peaceful way, even though I'm now in a better state of mind I still love this game and hope Naughty bear either gets a new game or is added to dead by daylight as one of the slashers.
...Boy do I have news for you.
Naughty's confirmed for DbD as a skin - probably Ultra Rare or Legendary.

When we all think about it Naughty Bear's life on the island is rough as heck. Despite the possible voice in his head and his murderous tendencies he seems like a genuinely kind and caring person. He wants to be accepted by others when he wants to give Daddles. Chubby and Giggles just laughed at his face at the thought thinking that Daddles would accept a gift from Naughty. And quite possibly due to being rejected and being an outcast by all other bears Naughty just thought the same. Makes you wonder how his parents raised him if he had any at all.
The narrator seems to be the only person to care about Naughty bear which could either be his father's ghost, a voice in his head to cope with the endless mockery and rejection, or some omnipresent deity that wants to cause mass murder and use Naughty's insecurities and pain to do so. For Pig's Chubby when running for mayor actually wanted to get rid of Naughty. Trembles coming back to the island and announcing he was going to kill Naughty right after he walked on the island and Naughty is just like "Seriously...why does everyone hate me and want to kill me?"
Even after Naughty saved the island multiple times I might add...first from the unted after Nibbles read from a necromancy book by accident who even puts a Necronomicon between two cook books? Then after an alien invasion that could have destroyed the world Naughty was given a party and at that very moment when he believed he would be accepted the bears instantly go back to treating him like dung. I mean who does that to a person? Then inviting him again to a party tricking him to cake and signaling the X bears to take down Naughty again. Then a bunch of pirates came and tried to blow up Naughty's house to get some treasure, and finally Stardust called a bunch of vampire bears and let a Unibear be killed.....just so he could kill Naughty.
I mean why does everyone hate Naughty bear so dang much? Aside from the horrifying amounts of murders that take place in the game and well blowing them up. To be honest Naughty bear is one of the most tortured and tragic characters in games in my opinion. Not only does he try his best to be kind and caring but even considers saving on the bears that mock and shun him only to discover he's working for the Vampircorn. If Naughty was treated with more kindness and love maybe he not well commit mass murder and such.
I'm not defending Naughty I am however saying that he didn't deserve to be treated badly by any of those bears.
I personally believe that the voice is just egging him on, wanting a show.

Trivia -
The download-only sequel only has one cutscene, sadly.
During Episode 4's intro cutscene, you can see the pure Unibear scarfing down a butterfly.
The Vampiricorn is a constant target for punishment through each stage of Episode 10. Stardust is transformed into a Ghoul following his initial punishment. It's also one of the only levels in the game to require the punishment of TWO targets instead of one.
There's initial tutorial cutscenes as well, but they're so short they barely qualify for this list.

Anyone think we will ever see a remaster, remake or sequel in the future? I thought the premise, online modes and enemy types were incredibly memorable.
I hope so, but due to people and critics giving it bad reviews. I'm not sure if we'll get a third game.
@@PathToRecovery I think there were complaints from concerned parents who had no idea about the content of the game, hence why it was removed from all digital stores . Yeah, this would have seemed silly, but an M (15 in Europe) rating and a sticker on the box stating that it was satire may have been useful.

1:I can be nice, But i have a really aggresive side. (I dont use Weapons or kill tho, I only hit or Punch).

Number one:
this game's story doesn't really make much sense. i figured it'd be naughty murdering his way through the island and punishing those who'd wronged him, finishing with daddles, who may even be a benevolent character who'd be happy to see naughty and accept his present, giving the game somewhat of a happy ending. but apparently it goes completely off the rails and naughty ends up becoming a (sort of) heroic character as he saves these ungrateful arseholes multiple times? shit's weird. i don't get it.

I think the story and gameplay aren’t the same. As in, Naughty canonically doesn’t kill the bears normal to the island, but does kill the special enemies that enter (swat, soldiers, zombies, vampires).
