Killer build Dennis!!💪 Nothing like a scratch built rig for sure!!😍Love the fact it's basically the same size as a 1/5 scale Arrma but half the weight!😱🥰That will go a long way in overall durability for sure! She looks good with the Xmaxx wheels! Great call on the hex's too! She looks super plush suspension wise paired with the tires! Sucks on the driveshafts popping..They pop out for me with stock setup. I have to install bump stops to the shock shafts to help. The EXB arms are super flexible especially once they get broke in but hopefully you won't have an issue! Look forward to seeing her rip it up again! Bash on buddy!🚀😎👊🤘🤘🍻
Thanks for stopping by my friend and for the kind support 👍👍Good idea on the bump stops, I feel like the arms go up too much and compress popping the shafts even with the Washers out, could be an issue with big air. 2mm longer dogbones would have helped maybe🤔... Will try the bump stops. I might even try HR Pillowball knuckles as I hit a fence and ball popped pretty easy. I haven't heard guys complain on those🤔🤔?? I think the arms, shafts, and shock rod ends are main concern.... The diffs might be fine. But I have ideas for workarounds for most potential issues IN CASE things are not consistent. I complain about 40 degrees in the middle of the coldest part of the winter and some Dudes are covered in snow😞
Thanks brother, appreciate the kind support and your time as always! Can't wait to get this rig out again. I just ran it into a fence off camera and popped a pillow ball and shock Standoff.... 5 minute fix but messing with the Washers took up enough time so I had to cut it short. This rig is special for sure
Thanks brother, glad you like it, it's a beast, gotta tweeks some small stuff and then go full send and see what shakes loose😎👍.... I know the M2C bits will be 💪💪
Appreciate that my bro Been slowly hoarding these parts and glad I finally got it together. M2C beef making this rig tank! Soon it's going full 🚀🚀🚀🎯😎✌️ Thanks for stopping by and for the support
Fantastic build Brother Dennis 😱!!!! Lots of choice customizing and upgrades to achieve what you were looking for 👌. The XMaxx tires look perfect too. Not Crazy heavy with great pliability and overall handling. So happy to see you're getting chassis slap 👍. If the diffs hold up, I think you've got a great all around basher here!!!! Appreciate the sneak peaks with this project too my friend. You did a Killer job with it. 🍻🚀🚀😎💪👊👊
Appreciate your time and support my friend. Have wanted to do this since I got a Mojove last year.... These M2C hop Ups really make it all possible as it's only 3.5 pounds heavier than a stock Mojave 😜 and that bigger tires, heavier electronics, and M2C Beefcake.... It's crazy how people think M2Cification adds a lot of weight, most of the time it's like 2-3 lbs from 6s to 8s Rigs.... Well worth it. This is gonna be fun once I get this thing dialed. Might add bump stops and some tuning and time to 🚀🚀🚀😜😜😎 M2Cified Tank Time🎯 Appreciate brother Rich
What a great build Dennis. Arrma interchangeability of parts can create some very interesting hybrid for sure. Very well done bro. She looks beastly and mean and ready to conquer the world. My New Berserker Hybrid 8s with felony chassis was insanely Fun wild Beast as well. Wanted to call it an Outcast XL but didn't since it's got same wheelbase length as Kraton XL 😂. I'm looking at JBI 7075 felony chassis as an upgrade to beef this sucker up. Stay well and bash on brother.
For sure brother... So much fun are theses arrma hybrids.... Especially when going off script to pull in some 8s parts onto the 6s Platform makes things exciting 😎👍.... Of couse M2C Beefcake makes this even a consideration. Can't wait to send er.... Just been busy Always appreciate the kind words of support my friend
That means a ton coming from the king of custom build creations brother T Very proud of how this came out. Some Slight tweeks I have to make and we will see how she holds up to the type of bashing I like to do..... But I will be sure to report/show my findings. With all the M2Cification she should do well💪 Appreciate bro
Absolutely brother... In fairness I didn't really Bash here IMHO 😜 I just was warming up the diffs seeing how she ran, but I have a motto, "Fast as I can off the biggest thing I can find".... Gets me in trouble somtimes as yoy may have seen in my videos but most of the time works out alright 😏😂🤣😂🤣 Can't wait to really beat on er as the M2C parts definitely will be fine. Arms and shock rod ends will be the test... But I have some ideas for tuning to adjust if necessary. Be sure to Sub up if you haven't to join on the journey as I will be updating any necessary changes I needed to make🎯✌️ Really appreciate the time and comment brother.
Appreciate the support my friend, Yeah she is gonna be a wild beast. Would definitely feel more confident pulling quads with this beast than my M2Cified 8s as this beast weighing 10lbs less, she is gonna be fliptastic 😜😎🚀🚀🚀 See ya round brother
REALLY appreciate the kind support 😁 Lighter is definitely better... And that was my whole thought here. Few concerns about arms, shock rod ends, and diffs but I'm even pretty confident in those, and I have slight adjustment plans if little things start to break when I start going 100ft+😳😜 I will keep everyone update if changes are needed but the M2C base parts will help hold this together.... Should be fine. Can't wait for when I can send it with confidence like my other rigs knowing it's only 16lbs 👍 Thanks for your time and hope your enjoying the channel.... See ya round

I have gotten used to Mojave so after a bit should be fine adjusting See ya round brother
Cool buddy, Good to hear, that's what's great about this 6s Platform, so many options..... Plus M2C Beef makes this 16lb monster hopefully up to my standards of sending. Next video I send er like you know I like to go 🚀🚀🚀😎👍 Glad your enjoying the channel, appreciate your time and comment for sure, see ya round
I thought I covered it pretty good in the video but maybe I went too fast. A few custom bits I went over in the video how I mounted everything. Hope that helps brother, hope to see ya round my man
Hey man what's up great video like always. question have you seen any durability issues in terms of premature wear and tear in this particular build over a standard 8S?. In your experience buy ready to run then fully Beefcake it or scratch build Jenny RC and m2c Or does it roughly come out to the same price give or take .thank you
The 6s Platform is definitely more durable all around than the 8s platform whether that's RTR or hybrid builds like this one. Even if equally M2Cified the 6s Platform is so much lighter it will handle more, though a M2Cified 8s rig can take a lot, so long as your landing right, the 6s M2Cified is more forgiving. As for strategy for builds, that's a complicated answer. If you know what you want to build and your never really satisfied with RTR electronics then it's definitely a little cheaper to go the Jenny's RC Scratch Build route... But both are expensive if going full M2C if you have other rigs to run you can piece it together over time.👍 But a full M2C build IMHO is a great option as it helps with the constant breaks and repairs of stock kits if your a big sender. Everything still has its limits but with a M2C rig it's usually less small stock parts occasionally. Hope that helps. Glad your enjoying the channel, see ya round brother Dennis
@@3SonsRC thank you for your reply. the day I sent the message I ended up getting the exb kraton. I'm in the middle of building a scratch build m2c Jenny's RC Typhon platform mixing all 6s Vehicles together. I have all the parts just got to put it together.😥 then i seen your outcasts 6s 1/6. And instantly said I want to build that I just wanted to see if there was any updates to your build that I needed to know before starting. I know it's going to take me a little bit before fully built so that's why I ended up getting the exb in the meantime. your response was helpful thank you very much appreciate it
OUTSTANDING ! BADASS BUILD !!! Yes lighter is better, but then again you just added lots of weight to the '6s' driveline? Not hating your BADASS BUILD, thats for sure, just my biggest concern is 6s driveline witch now has more weight then stock 6s. How long before changing ring/pinion gears, internal diff gears, shafts etc. etc. Keep up the GREAT work ! SUBBED
Appreciate the Sub and support brother. Your concerns are mine as well! I know a dude who ran Xmaxx tires on his Talion for years never busted the 4s diffs, just occasionally the imput... But the LSD's have way more contact and stronger so I'm hopeful. So yeah more weight in the tires but the truck responded outstanding and no strange sounds... But early days right..... And I didn't send her to the moon like I usually do.😳 Glad you will be joining us for the adventure 😎🚀🚀🚀😜
Already ran it once hard no problems. Guy I know ran Xmaxx tires on his Talion v4 diffs for 3 years no issues. These are supposed to be tougher than those, but fair enough it's an experiment... I'm confident, but definitely not REALLY confident 😂 Appreciate your time re watch and comment, hope your enjoying the channel, see ya round
It's the same dimensions as the Outcast 8s (almost) but 10 lbs lighter.... Still tweeting the setup but she is getting really reliable... Moved over to HoBao Hyper Mt Plus2 tires and RPM knuckles.... Another video coming soon on this! Appreciate your time brother, hope to see you around
@@3SonsRC yeah if you could maybe slow it down on the build so we could follow would be awesome! Maybe links to the parts or a list of parts so i can track. JUST picked up a old friends outcast would love to build it up to this.
Yeah buddy, Has been a long time coming to make this big lightweight rig. That motor I also have in my Mojave EXB, it's a screamer! Should give me all I need.....might need a fan tho as it does get kinda warm because I'm not shy, but it was 96 degrees that test day. Appreciate your time brother, see ya round
@@restinpiecesrc5528 everything about the 8s platform is bigger, tougher and heavier. Because the Mojave is just as long but much lighter it opens up this option. Now the arms, diffs, and everything is not as tough and Bulletproof as the 8s ones, but because it's 10 POUNDS lighter it doesn't really need to be. My strategy at least 🎯😎
@@3SonsRC yeah, my dad runs 8s in his 1/8 kraton exb, castle 1717 1650kv mmx8s combo, standing triple backflips, hasnt had any issues with the diffs, its all about the weight and the angle of descent when landing. But they way you did the build is what arrma should have done, too much weight in the full 8s trucks
What's going on. In order to use the Xmaxx hubs you have to use the adapters off Just Bash it RC website. They add 15mm as well which is great. I have moved away from the Xmaxx tires though as they are just too big and don't allow for chassis Slap barley so the drive shafts pop easy. The Backflips are better for that and I might have found the best option in the Hobao Hyper MT plus 2 tires.... More offset and slightly less tall and more wide😎👍 But you have to use 20-17mm 3d printed (off ebay) adapter for the lug side.... Not ideal but it works. And M2C +5mm hexes. Hope your enjoying the channel brother, see ya round
I have learned to NOT keep track of stuff like that😏🤔🤣😂... Just collect the parts over months as a side project. But many times it's cheaper than buying a RTR, then upgrading with M2C parts and new electronics. If you KNOW what you want to do electronics wise and you know stock is far from from able to handle my style of bashing, then this makes sence if you want to get creative and can source some Jenny's RC stock parts to supplement. I go over this thought process in my Outcast 6s/4s hybrid build video. Great question though and I understand why you ask it, but I imagine over $800 for sure.... But it's one of a kind M2C Beefcake 😎💪 Appreciate the support brother and see ya round
Wow, that's a sweet hybrid! I honestly didn't know there was an adapter hex to run Xmaxx tires on the 6s arrma rigs. That body looks great on there too! Excited to see it in the air. Hey, when did you get a Maxx 😜
Yeah the adapters give more options... And I have the Arrma ones too so I can run 8s Backflips if I want. Just went with the Xmaxx ones because they get me about 2 inches wider because of the width and less offset😎 Appreciate the support my friend. Yeah picked up the Maxx from a good friend of mine, sweet deal I think he just really wanted to take care of me.... Practically gave it to me😳.... Super grateful. Yesterday was the first day in 6 months I even grabbed an RC Control 😏 so yeah the Maxx and Xmaxx are DUE! See ya round my friend
🤣🤣 I would take the F150😎👍 F150 still way more🤔 No this ain't cheap, but it's cheaper than buying a RTR, then upgrading Electrics and going M2C Beefcake. Especially when going Hybrid, Jenny's RC is a huge help keeping the cost down and piecing custom rigs together. Appreciate your time brother
Not a bad truck at all brother. This is more a custom build, Arrma's are known for handling with M2C beef marking this beyond tough. I wouldn't know if the CEN is capable of constant big sends, but I know my M2Cified rigs can take the abuse I give. But that Cen looks pretty sweet. I just have to limit the platforms I run as different makes/platforms = more parts =$$ Lots of great RC Out there I just stick to Arrma 4s/6s/8s along with Maxx and Xmaxx platforms... My preference Appreciate your time brother and hope your enjoying the channel... See ya round
I have the cen colossus xt/reeper as well, after a few upgrades they can handle the big sends well, some have no issues with the plastic spindles but Kaos spindles are bulletproof, throw some innovative rc big bore 8mm shaft shocks on it and its golden.
epic build, lightweight for the win

@@3SonsRC definitely, hobbystar 4585 around 1450kv should work awesome on 8s
I had been wondering what differences there were between mojave and the outcast 8s chassis
Hey I've been trying to find the xmaxx conversion hubs and can't find them. Can you assist 🙏?
What's going on.
In order to use the Xmaxx hubs you have to use the adapters off Just Bash it RC website. They add 15mm as well which is great. I have moved away from the Xmaxx tires though as they are just too big and don't allow for chassis Slap barley so the drive shafts pop easy. The Backflips are better for that and I might have found the best option in the Hobao Hyper MT plus 2 tires.... More offset and slightly less tall and more wide😎👍
But you have to use 20-17mm 3d printed (off ebay) adapter for the lug side.... Not ideal but it works. And M2C +5mm hexes.
Hope your enjoying the channel brother, see ya round
Is it a Mojave with big tires?? Looks fun!!🤔🤣🤷🏼♂️
Not at all brother.... Mojave Chassis but that's the only similarities.... The video breaks down the whole build.
Appreciate your time my man
Very cool build! What did it cost to build tho?
But it's one of a kind M2C Beefcake 😎💪
Appreciate the support brother and see ya round
Wow, that's a sweet hybrid! I honestly didn't know there was an adapter hex to run Xmaxx tires on the 6s arrma rigs. That body looks great on there too! Excited to see it in the air. Hey, when did you get a Maxx 😜
Yeah the adapters give more options... And I have the Arrma ones too so I can run 8s Backflips if I want. Just went with the Xmaxx ones because they get me about 2 inches wider because of the width and less offset😎
Appreciate the support my friend.
@@3SonsRC Glad the hiatus is over! Bash on 😃
Probably about the same cost as a 2002 f150!
🤣🤣 I would take the F150😎👍
F150 still way more🤔
No this ain't cheap, but it's cheaper than buying a RTR, then upgrading Electrics and going M2C Beefcake. Especially when going Hybrid, Jenny's RC is a huge help keeping the cost down and piecing custom rigs together.
Appreciate your time brother
Or you can just buy a CenXT and be done with it.
My DBXLE - 32lbs
My CenXT - 15lbs
Not a bad truck at all brother.
This is more a custom build, Arrma's are known for handling with M2C beef marking this beyond tough. I wouldn't know if the CEN is capable of constant big sends, but I know my M2Cified rigs can take the abuse I give. But that Cen looks pretty sweet. I just have to limit the platforms I run as different makes/platforms = more parts =$$
Lots of great RC Out there I just stick to Arrma 4s/6s/8s along with Maxx and Xmaxx platforms... My preference
Appreciate your time brother and hope your enjoying the channel... See ya round
I have the cen colossus xt/reeper as well, after a few upgrades they can handle the big sends well, some have no issues with the plastic spindles but Kaos spindles are bulletproof, throw some innovative rc big bore 8mm shaft shocks on it and its golden.
