a tip from me: if you do a couple of wingovers and stay on the brake in the last one (spiral exit) you will get a couple of Gs and a very fast spiral turn - that's how I got used to higher Gs

As a beginner I'd rather have tips about turning as quickly as possible *without* going into a spiral

weight shift in and then brake. it will give you 90-180 degrees of turning before it spins, normally. it all depends on the brake in put

Here's a question for you. If you fly at the top range or greater weight, you only fly straight. If you turn you lose altitude quickly and if you turn sharply with a lot of weight on the wing you go into a spiral and you lose altitude very quickly. I have heard of a drogue chute. Could you fly around all day then when you get to where you want to land at the end of the day you throw out the drogue and spiral in slower. The nose will tip down. When I land on my final approach Steep glide angle. How do drogue chutes work.
