I was incredibly privileged to grow up with a dad who could afford to take us to white sox games pretty consistently in the 2000's, and one thing i'll always cherish is the setting of the park. When you would see this video, you know you were in for a good time. Even if the White Sox got blown out, which I only witnessed in person once, the atmosphere of the park and the fans made it all worth while. Love this team!

One year later on this day we are 40-42. That's about 12 games better then 2018. Dylan Cease gets his first MLB game victory today, July 3rd 2019. We got 3 people in the allstar in 2019: Giolito, McCann, Abreu. Anderson was brilliant earlier in the year but injury has side lined him. Moncada is hitting his stride and is a terror on both sides of the plate...2019 is a watershed year. A major turn around from the 100 plus loss of 2018. Once we get out pitching staff established, indeed 2020 is something to look forward to. By then we will have Michael Kopech back. Hopefully Rodon will be injured free and Lopez will figure out his mechanics. Our offense is there. Our young staff will grow stronger as a unit and we shall see how the south side will return back to the post season once again!. And hopefully something like this intro will return back for us fans to say "Sox Pride" once again!

I remember seeing the Red Sox win it in 2004 and wondered what it would feel like to watch the White Sox do the same. I had no idea I would see it happen just one year later. I also was pulling for the Cubs in 2016, in honor of my friends and family who stuck with them for so long.
As a Tigers fan that used to go to at least one Tigers/Sox game annually at The Cell this intro used to get my blood boiling and Sox fans packed the place and would go crazy. Man do I miss that heated rivalry when we both were division contenders.
