.. I love announcers like that! Dudes that say stuff like “ dis here next car up in da left leadfoot lane has two mufflers on it! He’s attached a couple of spinning thangs to ‘em..”
There's a lot going on at these grudge races you have to experience in person to appreciate, always a fun and exciting atmosphere - hard to capture on video.
I hate staging duals and burn downs. I think after both cars light the first bulb, they should red light both cars after 4 seconds and after one car lights both bulbs, they should red light the other car after 4 seconds. Burn downs are intentional efforts to damage your opponents car. All that said, I'm still glad to see Cooper doing well even though I probably would have disqualified him. lol
Luckily we don't see many staging duels, it often leads to fighting afterwards. Glad to see Cooper keep his cool and win the race, he and Bronte are doing well lately. Appreciate ya.
So if Cooper had gone in first would you want to DQ the other guy? "I" imagine Cooper just didn't want his stuff burnt down, and probably neither did the other guy, who does? Cooper went in immediately behind the other guy, so that "to me" shows he wasn't trying to play a burn down game since you can see how fast his car spools, if he was malicious he could probably count to 5 and still get in the beam in the last 2 secs but he doesn't do that he went right in. Each has the ability to go right in so both were playing, if the other guys stuff doesn't spool fast well that's his program to work on, right? BTW I agree a lot with you that something less than 7 sec would be better to get in, its a long time on the chip...
@@macman231 If Cooper went in first and the other guy waited, yes, I'd DQ him. No matter how it's played, it's bad sportsmanship. It's not a good show. I'd get my rules dialed in to no waiting games. You pull up to the tree and there should be an absolute time limit where you go or get DQed and moved out of the way so the adults can race. I'd be the opposite of these guys. You just have to expect a double bulb from me. No staging. I'm putting you on the count down instantly. One reason I'd be running super charger instead of turbo. It's not your problem if the other guy needs time to spool up. It's not the racers waiting behind you either.
😂😂 That’s my black 2j fox that went on the bumper against James. Lol.
Nice job! Hope the car is ok . Appreciate ya
