I.e. if people keep being good and doing atruistic things, despite getting owned and hammered by evil people, cause evil/egoism always wins the local battles, where good wins in the long run.
The problem is that so often, the short term is all that matters in your own life, so people choose evil cause there is no consequences and long term does not affect them directly.

Nick, I’ve watched every RCR video. That piece of music at the end was my favourite piece of music you’ve done. It was fantastic and I’d love to hear a full version. It has a somber emotive quality that really captures attention.

Been living in Japan as an English teacher for almost 3 years now, and I just bought a Cappuccino this January. After the big earthquake rocked my region, I needed to make my dreams come true, fast. Been searching for one for a couple years, but finally had enough saved and couldn't justify not pulling the trigger. Searched online for days and found one 3 hours away by train. Showed up to a rusty, shitty, loud in all the wrong ways, lemon of a Capp. The guy running the lot had been there for 30 years and had a messy little office to himself. Cool old cars littered the tight lot. After nearly giving up, I noticed another Cappuccino tucked away in the corner. It was perfect. Silver, like I wanted. Really nice sounding exhaust, a big intake, BOV, strut bar, so all the right mods I would have done but it looks stock as heck and with no rust. Just a few small fixable issues. I also fit perfectly in it, and it's exactly as old as me! It wasn't up for sale, and it's history was a bit of mystery, but after firing it up, looking it over meticulously, and determining it was super clean, I sat down with the salesman, negotiated all in Japanese, and managed to convince him that this car will be mine. Gave him all the cash on the spot, and 3 weeks later, he delivered it right to my place at 6:30am before work with a freshly passed inspection. Since then, I've been working out the kinks and enjoying the crap out of it. Did the brakes, radiator and hoses, undercoating, put in a little death-lessening bar, etc and have really bonded with the car. Spring is finally here and I'm loving every second of it. No feeling quite like blasting city pop with the roof off, waving at my students and fellow teachers, and taking off into the mountains after school, or flying through tunnels in an echo-chamber of 3 cylinder roaring fury, or looking up to see trees, buildings or stars. It's seriously a dream come true (I literally did have a dream about driving this car around Japan about 2 years ago). My 15th car but already my absolute favourite. Don't let anything stop you from making your dreams come true!

John Klise I’m in the UK and mine was sold here new, luckily it never did big mileage and was stored for a few years before I bought it. Still needed some welding haha (definitely do get it oil sprayed or something, it will rust if you give it any kind of opportunity)

@@ionstorm66 I suppose most people use some dedicated unit (quaife in the UK makes some), as it's not exactly a case of "find a converter plate and be done with it" to fit a car gearbox to a bike engine. But it's certainly been done - there used to be a UK tuner who would build these to order.
@@decnet100 the trans can take up to 200hp, but it makes every launch a gamble around those levels. finished hayabusa capps are not common as its more costly and involved then most people think. plus its not hard to hit the 140hp mark safely on the existing engine.

The funny thing is the Beat is slower but sounds faster because you are midway through 4th gear before you hit 60mph. The Capp accelerates much like a normal car.

The Cappuccino is the perfect car for the people who still want to enjoy their drive around the city but don't want to worry about accidentally clipping the mirrors on parallel-parked cars. It's a very good and comparatively underappreciated treasure. If you can find one for $10k, you probably won't regret buying it as long as you can fit.

8:07 Ehhhh, not really. Hot in, is just lest air in, period. It doesn't really matter if it's into a turbo or a NA engine, air density is everything, and hot air is less dense.
Because that huge engine really needs to breath more air...Im sure increasing the power even more with cold air is exaclty what its craves...

When I saw one for the first time, at first I thought its NB Miata but then I was like "Cant be... Even Miata isnt this small" And then I went to see the backlights and I said " No way.... I cant believe my eyes its cappuccino"
yup. A buddy of mine and I were "judged" at a cruise in back in NJ one night. It was an open lot, bring your "old car or truck" kind of meet. This was in the early 2000's, maybe 2001 or 2002.... My buddy had an 88 Dodge RAM 50, that he was really proud of and I told him, "hey, go to the cruise in, it will be fun." He spent all day detailing the truck and making it look nice, and when we get there some boomer runs up, waving his arms like he's on fire to tell us we're not welcome because we don't meet the "requirement." I pointed to the sign that said "cruse in, for all vehicles 1990 and older" and he still wouldn't let us park.
We ended up parking just next to the "official" lot and made the best of it, but it really sucked that because we were in a pickup, we were somehow less appreciated than the same year . Look I get it, this was an old man car meet for old men to old man it up together, but nothing turns away new people from car culture more than being told your interest is somehow invalid. My buddy manages a parts department at a local German luxury sports car dealership now. I'll bet you that his much newer vintage daily would be more appreciated at that meet than his old 88 RAM 50 was.

Got one, love it, best car ive had and ive had skylines, Vr4 twin turbo Galants, VL turbos and they just dont compare. Have doubled the power output full suspension mods and it is an absolute weapon through the hills. Yet to find a car to keep up, im sure there is heaps that could but i havent come across any yet. Cheap, fun, different and fast.
Yes, a “hot air intake” still very much does matter in a turbocharged car. It’s taking a debit on your intake air density from the start. Look at dyno pulls in high altitude, it often does a horsepower correction to sea level atmospheric density based on the barometric pressure and temperature where it was done.
Doesn’t matter if you’re compressing the air, it’s a volumetric device, actual mass processed does decrease with reduced air density going in the input.
Found it on Gran Turismo2, tune it to 180hp (max) and won 30 laps of "deep forest raceway" endurance. (only did it first time, every subsequent time I got my ass kicked). Loved it ever since, Such a great car and would love to own one some day.
