- This no-bake peanut butter oatmeal bar is one of my all-time favorite healthy snacks! It has a rich peanut aroma, is completely vegan, dairy-free, and plant-based, and only requires 6 ingredients! It only takes about 10 minutes to make.
This is a snack that I loved even before I went vegan. You can also pair it with plant-based milk (I like soy milk) as a quick breakfast on the go.
I highly recommend this to peanut butter lovers! The rich peanut butter flavor and the sweetness of maple syrup are truly a match made in heaven.
