I should have clarified… Akimbos being B tier is without hammerpoints. Of course if you get hammers/gold versions they move up to maybe high A, S Tier I could see. Both have their pros/cons in terms of which one is better but it really will just come down to what you like and how you find them for yourself.
Brother... use the akimbo mozam a bit more. That thing is top of A tier maybe straight S without hammerpoints. And with, its probably best or second best gun in the game, maybe behind devo. You need some skill with mozam, but nothing to crazy. In a way it feels like a slow firing SMG (with like blue+ bolts). So mozam should be S tier for sure
G7 in C tier is insane. Similar damage to 30-30 but with much faster fire rate, twice the mag size faster reload, and better hipfire. High A, maybe S for me
I kinda miss the double tap trigger. If they ever bring it back, I want it be integrated to the G7 and Eva 8 because the hop up didn’t really make the guns stronger, just a little more versatile.

Back in season 18 their was a meta difference between console players using hemlock and PC players using 30-30. This is probably similar I imagine G7 is better for console but 30-30 better for PC

That RE45 placement is CRAZY gun actually shredds with or without hammers. Has a faster hipfire straife speed of other smgs with the same accuracy, less recoil and similar mag size
@@DekayVods is easier to use though R301 is by far better choice, looking for a thermite takes years and is better to be ready, i use that gun too though as soon as i find a faster gun i go for it, not so ideal to push and well as solo q many teams dont understand rampage is used in long range rather than close range without charge, i lose most of the time with it in close range in mid range i usually get kills or assist

Not necessarily the P2020 is really really good but you just need a laser and good aim. Think about it this way it does 21 damage a shot and has 28 bullets. 21x28=588 for DPM and the havoc has a DPM of 32x18=576 DPM
Once again I do not understand your placement of the CAR in C Tier. I mean obviously it's not S tier, but C? I don't get it. Ignoring CP weapons it has the 2nd highest DPS out of any gun in the game behind the Havoc, and with it one of the shortest TTKs. It is very consistent once you get the recoil down (which isn't hard to begin with). The hipfire is actually pretty good: It's the same as the Alternator/Prowler without a Laser (although ofc that has the slower fire rate as a benefit in hipfire), and it's way better then the Volt (even with Laser) or the Havoc for that matter. It has a fairly high Damage per Mag (228 without a mag... uh OK), so it's good enough to melt someone on Purple, if you ADS spam you can kill pretty much anyone with it. If you get even a blue mag you can oneclip almost anything that runs at you. The ammo-swap makes it amazing for team economy and it also alleviates the ammo concerns you have because you can just pick up whatever you find on the way. Honestly, I don't get it, but you've been placing it way down for a couple season and I am really curious why.
one thing that makes no sense this season with LMGs is adding the reverse hipfire aspect to them all, incentivizing hipfiring... and then proceeding to add a hop up for only LMGs that incentivizes ADSing... seems very counterintuitive to me
Personally I do not ADS close range. I pretty much exclusively hipfire close range because it’s so damn accurate, so it doesn’t make a difference for me. I’m only ADSing if they’re mid to long range. I think they just want to incentivize using both.

Idk why people are in love with E-District. The map looks exactly the same at every POI and it's so dark. I can never tell where I die or rotate to because the entire map looks identical to the rest of it. They have some changes to make to have the map compete with Worlds Edge/Kings Canyon/Olympus

P20 and the Mozam are god tier right now. Try pushing out the range, use them at mid to long range and you will be SHOCKED. Not to mention they are insane close range. Also mad maggie and gibby have a perk to auto reload shotguns on knocks.
The damage fall off for the r99 is so people can't beam from a distance. It's just normal for a weapon to lose it's viability the further out of its intended range it goes
Unpopular opinion, every gun should be buffed instead of nerfing good guns. The reason weapons become meta is because they’re good and all the other guns are mid in comparison. Guns like the Hemlok and flatline didn’t need nerfs, even the Havoc a few weeks ago. They should have just buffed weaker guns to compete with them instead of giving them nerfs.

1 thing they could change to make the charge rifle more viable is turn the trigger method to that used by the nemesis sniper rifle in division 2. You hold the trigger to charge it and let go to fire.if you let go too soon its underpowered and tickles the enemy, but holding to full, aiming, then letting go means moreshots will land, and it becomes more user friendly.
There are games that occasionally have an “SS” tier for things in a situation in which they may be too good. Smite being an example of a game that does so.
i think a simple fix for the charge rifle is to just let you hold a charge shot like you do the bow, or even reduce the charge time slightly. it would make it so much easier to use
As someone who uses the mastiff alot, it feels like the hipfire spread is the same spread as the ads spread last season, and the ads spread this season is even tighter. It feels like it is no longer mandatory to ads with the mastiff in order to hit consistent 90's.

Sleeping on the rampage I feel like it’s very popular this season and is a very good mid range weapon that can be used long. And the close range just got buffed and it gets even better with a thermite if you don’t know what gun to use try the rampage for a couple games and you’ll like it.

I’ve been using the re45 since season 15. Skipped using it when it was in the care package. It’s 1/3 of my total kills. 3k+ kills on the weapon. still think it’s the best gun in the game
This would be correct if over 50% of the player population on console wasn't cheating with Cronus or the other crap devices. Respawn is aware of the cheating but they're worried that if they ban those devices they'll lose out on a ton of players. And generally those players spend money on the game also so Respawn really doesn't wanna lose them. So instead of banning, they put these nerfs in place to keep the "no recoil kids" in check. It's disgusting imo. I have friends who could write code to pin point the cheaters and easily ban them. There's zero chance anyone could convince me Respawn can't do it also
All ARs and SMGs feel mid now for one reason or another (whether nerfed or s22 ammo issues). Flatline feels the most viable despite the nerf, but I've been trying to transition into longer range weapons matched with shotguns (them akimbos go BLAMM). The gun pool just don't feel great this season though.
Would love a video breaking down how top tier teams fight together vs a high level ranked squad. Getting wiped by TSM feels very different than getting wiped by masters/preds. Gun skill and comms plays apart, but it seems like there's more to it. Would love to know what you think.
The p2020 placement I think I would put it in a A tier mostly because of how fast you can shred people with that thing with or without hammers and love to see mastiff getting some love, it was my favorite shotgun for a while and it deserves to be in the spotlight again.
Rampage in C is dumb, i was a rampage Hater for many seasons but this season i tried it and it shredds everything on distance without thermite and with thermite you can kill a whole squad with only one Mag. No other weapon fits this role.
The RE is definitely a high C for me. I've been a fan of it since day one and I find myself running it all game long. The reason you don't see me in your lobbies doing it is because, you are much better than I am and we do not get matched up. Now on to the rest of the list

G7 in C-tier is just wrong. Definitely an A-tier weapon. Damage is close to 30-30 and fire rate about double. Doesn't need amything else than a scope to be a consistent A-tier weapon.
G7 is super unreliable and the biggest issue is it has no range. It’s a semi auto AR in a shotgun meta. I play octane so g7 don’t really keep up and I never stand still. 😅

Ballistic is such a cheat code this season. He’s always been able to abuse the gun meta but this season its a whole other level. With his sling perk you can get hammers on purple AND you automatically get dual wield when picking up just one mozam or P20 in his sling. I agree with you on the P20. It’s easier to spam and the mag size is really nice AND it’s a bit better at “range” than the mozzy. This season is fun but the loot could be better on District. That’s also where Ballistic comes in handy with unlimited ammo in his Ult. Nice video man!

Tier list of a player that plays 3-4 hours a day. D tier Charge Rifle, 30-30 C tier single mozam, single P20, G7 Scout, Longbow, Rampage, Eva 8, RE-45 B tier Triple take, Alternator, Sentinel, Volt, Spitfire, CAR, Mastiff, Peacekeeper, A tier Flatline, R-301, Prowler, Nemesis, Hemlok, L-star S tier Dual mozams, Dual P20s, Havoc (not needed but the turbo and hammerpoints push these into need to be nerfed range)
So with the havoc you want to try to use it as your first gun that you initiate a fight with, since it has the ramp up time (unless you have a turbo). But overall the weapon is still extremely viable, the small bullet reduction really didn’t nerf it much in my eyes. It still shreds especially if you get a blue mag or above.
The R9 nerf is more proof that Respawn is fully aware of how many cheaters there are on console. They can't ban Cronus & the other devices cause it's such a large % of the player base at this point & they don't wana lose more players. So instead they give these nerfs to weapons. It's honestly disgusting

I also disagree with your assessment of the significance of the r3 mag buff. Those 3 rounds make 1 clipping so much more consistent in my experience.

While you fire in ads the reverse Hip fire still decreases the spread so it's not that big of a deal

I’ve never played on a map as compact as district. (Landscape wise) It’s throwing me off. Can you make a vid giving tips for how to navigate?

The fact you put the g7 scout in such a low tier is crazy! It got a good buff last season and they haven’t touched it since. The gun is overpowered.

Sleeping on the rampage I feel like it’s very popular this season and is a very good mid range weapon that can be used long. And the close range just got buffed and it gets even better with a thermite if you don’t know what gun to use try the rampage for a couple games and you’ll like it.

The list is great other than the flatline comments. I didn’t realize they nerfed it until like 8 games in. The nerf wasn’t easy to notice
They do need to rework the Longbow and Charge rifle. Charge rifle is redundant with the sentinel around.
They explicitly said they nerfed the amount of purple and gold floor loot by 50%.

they should just dispose of the charge rifle now. i was so annoyed playing yesterday when all the loot I only found on drop was two fricking charge rifles. One thing that I also hate is the new bullet pattern of the PK, it seems that I ain;t getting the damages that I used to prior to the changes. i dunno it just feels weird for me using the pk this season.
I’ve been using the re45 since season 15. Skipped using it when it was in the care package. It’s 1/3 of my total kills. 3k+ kills on the weapon. still think it’s the best gun in the game
The punishment for using an r99 outside of its intended range IS the recoil. There was zero need to add another punishment by lowering damage numbers.

Respawn is aware of the cheating but they're worried that if they ban those devices they'll lose out on a ton of players. And generally those players spend money on the game also so Respawn really doesn't wanna lose them.
So instead of banning, they put these nerfs in place to keep the "no recoil kids" in check.
It's disgusting imo. I have friends who could write code to pin point the cheaters and easily ban them. There's zero chance anyone could convince me Respawn can't do it also
Yo mango, go into the range put a blue or purple laser sight on prowler. Then try it without. It absolutely makes a huge difference with hip fire.
Charged Sentinel hits for 158 to the head with a white helmet. So 1 hit knock with white shields.
All ARs and SMGs feel mid now for one reason or another (whether nerfed or s22 ammo issues). Flatline feels the most viable despite the nerf, but I've been trying to transition into longer range weapons matched with shotguns (them akimbos go BLAMM). The gun pool just don't feel great this season though.
the peace keeper is def slower but i like the blast pattern. Its like auto 105s its nuts

Would love a video breaking down how top tier teams fight together vs a high level ranked squad. Getting wiped by TSM feels very different than getting wiped by masters/preds. Gun skill and comms plays apart, but it seems like there's more to it. Would love to know what you think.

The p2020 placement I think I would put it in a A tier mostly because of how fast you can shred people with that thing with or without hammers and love to see mastiff getting some love, it was my favorite shotgun for a while and it deserves to be in the spotlight again.

Rampage in C is dumb, i was a rampage Hater for many seasons but this season i tried it and it shredds everything on distance without thermite and with thermite you can kill a whole squad with only one Mag. No other weapon fits this role.
The ammo and loot issue, I'm sure, is because of the LTM.
The RE is definitely a high C for me. I've been a fan of it since day one and I find myself running it all game long. The reason you don't see me in your lobbies doing it is because, you are much better than I am and we do not get matched up.

G7 in C-tier is just wrong. Definitely an A-tier weapon. Damage is close to 30-30 and fire rate about double. Doesn't need amything else than a scope to be a consistent A-tier weapon.

G7 is super unreliable and the biggest issue is it has no range. It’s a semi auto AR in a shotgun meta. I play octane so g7 don’t really keep up and I never stand still. 😅

CAR's increased recoil is absolutely scandalous. Its so hard to aim with this gun now.

After 20+ seasons the wingman is in a perfect spot. It's not devastating unless the user is skilled with it. It needs no nerf or buff.
Ballistic is such a cheat code this season. He’s always been able to abuse the gun meta but this season its a whole other level. With his sling perk you can get hammers on purple AND you automatically get dual wield when picking up just one mozam or P20 in his sling. I agree with you on the P20. It’s easier to spam and the mag size is really nice AND it’s a bit better at “range” than the mozzy. This season is fun but the loot could be better on District. That’s also where Ballistic comes in handy with unlimited ammo in his Ult. Nice video man!

So with the havoc you want to try to use it as your first gun that you initiate a fight with, since it has the ramp up time (unless you have a turbo). But overall the weapon is still extremely viable, the small bullet reduction really didn’t nerf it much in my eyes. It still shreds especially if you get a blue mag or above.

The R9 nerf is more proof that Respawn is fully aware of how many cheaters there are on console.
They can't ban Cronus & the other devices cause it's such a large % of the player base at this point & they don't wana lose more players. So instead they give these nerfs to weapons.
