Started the video, got the pdf, read until chapter 14, came back, super interesting book, I read psycho cybernetics a while back but this is a much more in-depth explanation of visualization. I'm gonna practice visualizing and whenever I dream of the future, I'm gonna always end that dream by Being in the reality of the dream instead of day-dreaming. Appreciate this bro, keep it up, I'm on a similar grind!
