Fjederhaek HEY THERE LAD . NEED HELP NOW . IM BUILDING A MONSTER LONGBOARD NEARLY 20 000W AND I NEED THOSE FEET STRAPS/TIES OR WHAT EVER YOU MAY CALL THEM BUT MADE OUT OF PLASTIC . SO DURING THE FALL MY LEG DONT GET RIPPED OFF BY THE STRAPS ............. THANK YOU
Well done this is very neat work. I use the same techniques to build simpler individual parts. Can i suggest you buy a cheap bandsaw? I bought an old one for $50 and repowered it with a treadmill motor that i paid 99cents for on ebay as it was old and the belt needed replacement. it is great for cutting aluminum and there is no grinding dust. Best $50.99 i ever spent.
Hi, what happened friend with the mountainboar project, when you put the video showing it, to know how viable it is? What speed does it reach and how many miles does it take per charge?
Sir i tried to make this at home . I want to know wich motors did you use , what is the kv of motors and what kind of esc ( Ampeer of esc) ? Can you help me
Hello and Thank You. I preferred this idler bearings for better wrapping of small motor pulley. I´m working with Autodesk Inventor. Now I watched Your channel. Good job ;-)
Hello Ильнар. This glue is already gone. Now I use glue Ambersil Adhesive HS 300. I thing it's standard spray glue from any hobby shop. Thank You very much for praise. I appreciate it.
Unfortunately Google Plus died last week. Some posts are now on my new Fb page. On G+ was photos from the beginning of the project. You may see facebook.com/kocian.info/
I’m building a skateboard so I can probably go with a thinner plate, not as much stress as a mountain board. If you do go for a smaller plate you should probably reduce the opening for the belt tightening bearings, the section of your plate is quite small in this area
I´m sorry, but it's priceless :-) It´s just tutorial and inspiration. I would recommend to buy non electric original mountainboard and make drives. My version is too heavy.
To nemyslím nějak zle. Prostě mě nedělá dobře, když mě do toho někdo kecá a rozkopává bábovičky :-D Nápad s chlazením je stejně ukradený u youtubu ;-)
thats fantastic. i cant believe the quality you got out of hand tools
Thank You very much. Well yes, it's designed to be possible make it by hand tools.
The quality of work is amazing
I don't think so. Thank you very much :-)
You make difficult things easy.
I try to. Thank You :-)
This is how I did everything before I got a CNC. Hat's off to you.
Own cnc would be great :-) Thank You
@@RobertKocian one day you will
It’s just a matter of time with your skill sets...? I’m sure it’s on it’s way.
Impressive results without a CNC or bandsaw
Machining for the less weathly - 101.
Beautiful work :-)
Exactly :-)
Thank You.
Wow that's a good level of craftsmanship for just using a grinder and a drill, congratulation
Unfortunately I have no machine tools. Thank You :-)
you have awesome skills dude.
Thank You very much :-)

Hi, what happened friend with the mountainboar project, when you put the video showing it, to know how viable it is? What speed does it reach and how many miles does it take per charge?
OMG. Did you read the video description? Obviously not :-(
Too difficult, right?
Super bro, may i know the motor(bldc) spec??? Thx

How much it will cost in indian rupee... If u make in best price?
Parádní, hezká práce.
Beautiful job! Congratulations.
Thank You :-)
Great work!
You are making the future.
You mean post apocalyptic future without machines, right?
:-D
Thank You very much :-)
Dude, awesome! Nice skills, awesome project, congratulations, really nice!
Lucas dude, Thank You very much. It's just a fun project. :-) Have nice day
What motors do you use?

Hi
First of all, great Channel you have. Can you give me the link of the Belt and gear. I can't find a similar on the web.
Thanks
On photos or video this parts looks better, than in reality :-)
Nice build ! I have a bit similar drivetrain built too, using 2 idler pulleys. What software you used for design?
Hello and Thank You. I preferred this idler bearings for better wrapping of small motor pulley. I´m working with Autodesk Inventor. Now I watched Your channel. Good job ;-)
You just solved my problem with cnc costs not affordable. I am thinking of building monster e scooter.
Mini lathe would help a lot. I wish to have one :-) Parts aren't perfect :-(
@@RobertKocian Yes. But you are close to perfection.
Pictures and videos distorts reality a lot. But of course, Thank You very much :-)
Good luck with e scooter ;-)
@@RobertKocian Thank you. All the best
Nice work! What kind of glue did you use when sticking a drawing on steel? Write the name.

Ok, thanks.
Belt tensioners are great idea
Great work. Which program do you use for design?
Hello and Thank You. It's drawn in Autodesk Inventor.

I get the feeling the theme from the A-Team tv show should be playing in the background.
:-D
You really spent a lot of time an effort in this, nicely done
Is that 10 mm thick aluminum ?
Hello and Thank You. Yep, It's 10mm Alu plate.
Woah that is thick x) I’ll probably do mine in 8 mm
You right. Save weight where you can. My board is too heavy.

what series of motors
KEDA 6364
What are u man ? An alien ? 😃 u r really handfull, smart ! 😅
Tiene espíritu de construir pana 😄
*How much would you charge me to build me one, and to ship it to USA?*
I´m sorry, but it's priceless :-)

I have no idea, what you wrote. But thank You for Yours post :-D
Ich hoffe du machst das geschäftlich?! Dir würde ich gerne was abkaufen oder machen lassen...
