@DamienSmyth-v6k In fairness sake something like that should probably apply to tempest strike. But I do think shiver strike is a bit overtuned right now. It is basically a shoulder charge that can freeze if you have frost armor, you can use it from standstill to get out of hunter smokes, and covers three times as much distance. On prismatic this with Alpha Lupi thruster gives you a wormhusk that heals your allies as well, and a second dodge that covers crazy distances.
