Hey Imran, if you set the floating bar ticker to Sticky, and add enough content to your page (to make the page scrollable), the On page scroll option should work. I'd love to hear how it works for you.
Hey Imran, good video, saw your post in the Global Elementor group this morning. The 'width' option for variable fonts is a little weird -- it basically stretches or compresses the text. (Kind of like what people did with Corel Draw when I worked there back in the day.) However, only certain variable fonts support that property. I just tried it with Inconsolata and it worked. You can search 'google fonts width axis' to find out how it works.
Mhmm youre right about the ticker type of widget. It would be better if i could place it wherever I like e.g. in a specific section at the top of any specific container.
Very informative video, you are awesome. Can we make the text dynamic in floating bars? I mean by using ACF or Crocoblock. Edit: I just saw the multiple-disks icon beside the text box, so I think we can change it dynamically.

PS you won't see it in the template; you'll need to preview it on a page with content
I did wonder that when I was testing. Thanks for the tip. It's a great feature nonetheless.
All I really care about is seeing something about performance and optimisation on every new large release, lol, that's what's really exciting.

Ahh, on steroids 😉
Hey Imran, thanks for sharing. You also have an interesting cookie consent bar. Is that also done on floating bar?
Nope, cookiesbot plugin
@@websquadron to save adding another plugin, is it possible to use the floating bar for the same notice?
Thanks Imran, I don't fully understand why Floating Bars is not developed as a Widget so you can have freedom of usage anywhere.... Any idea why??
Yup. Unsure too. But helpfully it will be added as it makes total sense to add marquees in areas other than just the top and bottom.

I do wish that 'clamps' were built-in to Elementor. That, for me, would be such a time saver.
I so do too!
So many codes we've provided like. Clamp, Contrast Checker, etc that could be added as another great feature that would be used.

Yup you can but I need to test more with the final version
Just one clarification: top/bottom setting is on page or container base?
Page. That’s why I added it as a short code to place inside the container
@@websquadron I supposed it but I just wanted confirmation. Thanks again for your help and time
Most of the time i upload only woff2 in elementor and elementor doesn't load it right. With TTF he loads it always.
Can one add a button into the bar?
This is where more work would be needed to stylise and I need to experiment more when the final version is out
how to Rearrange Carousel 3 dots ?
use css if there's no option in the style tab.
...
I think a regular marquee widget would've been better and more versatile.
Yup. I hope my honesty shone through :)

So is Elementor the best builder now? Don't chuckle!
Can you finally turn off AI?
Not yet or I'd have mentioned it.
