I owe Richard tremendously for being my mentor as a teenager in high school. I learned how to do custom suspension work, mainly hydraulics from Richard at Fine Tune Automotive still my favorite job I’ve ever had. Thanks Richard
I used to show my bikes at the one of a kind cinco de mayo shows back in probably 1995-96.... I still remember reds hydraulics joker car, dazza and punch 84..... Those shows were phenomenal ❤
Great History of Lowriding in Utah.!. Thank you Richard &, Jeff for keeping Lowriding alive &, Being mentor’s to those in your State and Town. I’ve been Lowriding since the early 70’s. Andy’s Hydraulic started in San Jose back in the 70’s. Then in the 80’s moved to Fresno. I’m Mr Zapata. 2019 NLHOF. &, 50yrs of Lowriding in California. 😎🎉🙏🏽😇👍.
This reminded me of the first real low rider I ever saw. It was 1969 I was working at a Mobil filling station on Fremont & Mission in So. Pas. This dude Angelo came in to visit my Brother in Law who was the mechanic. He was driving a 62 Impala, white with red interior. He opened the trunk and what I saw blew my mind. I had never seen a trunk full of batteries before, and didn’t understand it.
