    Stephen, Storm, and Charlotte shared their unique perspective on different aspects of Agile in practice, from standing teams up and implementing DevOps to continuously improving the Agile implementation. In summary, this is a story of instigating and driving agile delivery in a heavy waterfall environment to deliver value faster and emphasize collaboration, flexibility, and customer satisfaction.

    ABOUT SPEAKERS
    Stephen Wakeman’s passion for Agile, and more particularly Scrum, developed from the positive acknowledgment of these approaches among people, and from encouraging a more effective environment in which they were empowered to deliver.
    He began his agile journey around 7 years ago as a result of working in some challenging, high-pressure environments that would eventually have a negative impact, not only on deliverables. He asked himself, "Is there a better way?". There was, and ever since, Stephen’s had the privilege and opportunity to use consultative servant leadership to help teams at many organizations, like Centrica and Jaguar Land Rover, accomplish their goals.
    Charlotte Dodsley is a qualified Project Manager and Business Analyst (Organised Agile Analysis Ltd.) by trade. The experience she gained over the last 15 years taught her about balancing the devil of the details with an overall vision to improve ways of functioning. Charlotte usually works with an information technology or HR tech team, and these days she tends to lead resources in delivering improvements. She’s analytical in approach, but the thing that she cares the most about is giving people good experiences, either at work or as customers. She believes that "better never stops" is a better principle than trying to "future-proof" your operations.
    Storm Curtis is a Project Manager and British Army veteran. He mastered effective leadership, communication, flexibility, and the kind of resilience which you would struggle to get outside of a military background. Throughout his career, he has worked on and managed various projects, from the implementation of new systems and techniques to IT software, infosec, office relocations, and data implementation projects.
