From Best Friends to Bride & Groom

Beyond excited to share my first wedding video of 2024. Alex & Heather’s day was filled with so much laughter and joy and fun!
Before Heather’s sister gave a wonderful speech during the reception, I set up a little mic at Alex & Heather’s head table and had a camera all the way across the room (on a super long lens) so I could have a reaction shot to the speech. When I was editing and going through that footage, I didn’t notice at first that Alex had said a few words privately to Heather before the speech began. When I found out what Alex had said, I knew I had found the perfect opening to their wedding video. I’ve said it a thousand times before to my clients but capturing those little candid moments is EVERYTHING. I’m so glad that my camera was running and that I set up my mic at their table.
