Even though this isn't a movie it's a video game I think a villain that was given bad karma is dr suchong from bioshock. I mean he tortured, brainwashed, and possibly killed innocent people in "the name of science" and how does he die? By getting killed by one of his own creations because he slapped a child in the face. Though for me It's feels uncomfortable for me to hear or watch his death, I mean he gets impaled by a drill for crying out loud!
