Been taking beautiful bimbles with you for years Bry and wanted to let you know that I love you . You are a genuine good person. I also have a heart murmur and went through a 9 hr operation to get a 35 pound tumer removed. That was 20 yrs ago. I really didn't think I was going to live through it. It was a relief to wake up the next day. Talk about stress, I have a pretty good idea what you are going through. Putting lids on many things. A lot of people here love you deeply, and we are with you .

It’s always good to see you among the green, the peace and tranquillity of all the woods you bimble in have a wonderful calming effect, the glorious birdsong just adds to the overall picture and has such a beneficial restorative effect on my mind and heart allowing me to feel that I’m walking with you instead of being stuck at home in this wheelchair.. Can’t thank you enough mate. You know we are all sending healing, hugs and love your way. Take good care of yourself xx

I'm glad you are still out walking and enjoying the good weather. Praying for you. I am cutting down tall weeds today which is satisfying, can really see progress. A little exercise is good for the mind and body.
Good morning to you Bry. I appreciate this video message and the updates in subtitles. I will hopefully be able to elaborate later, but in short you are doing the right things. Whatever audio you need at night to keep the mind off of thinking of things, the better.
Regardless of anything in the future, you are able to a limited extent get outside and it is great to see you continuing to get out there and suck in as much life force as possible.
I have about 27 years worth of issues to confront tomorrow given the courage but whether that happens or not, I hope to set aside some time if able to make some time to answer this in a more proper way. Being nearly 2:30am I had better start my audiobook so that like you, I can get some sleep. Until then be well and enjoy your beautiful day, and if your day is not so beautiful, make it beautiful.

Lovely bimble Bry, the birds & trees. We’ve hung on every word and it’s evident that you’ve considered so much, you can’t put a lid on everything and you’re bang on about people. It’s good to talk and a problem shared and all that. My Mum has had a murmur for years & years and never caused her any issues. You’ll be glad to just get the op out of the way and move on. I learned in the last year that sadness, fear anger will be there just like happiness peace and contentment will be there. . I've found peace by accepting to feel all the feelings pleasant or unpleasant, letting them come and go that way they dont overwhelm me. Emotions come and go. It's good you took the lid off it all, let it out, let it breathe till it floats away as it always does.

Thank you do much for such a lovely chat and glorious bimble. Really chuffed to get a mention. As usual you speak so much sense and honestly, your words do bring me so much comfort. You're so right about all the 'lids' we use in life to defend ourselves against all the cr@p that comes along and generally they can work quite well until the ultimate comes along and then we realise there's no hiding from this one. And then we're stopped in our tracks with nowhere to run. It's been the biggest challenge of my life learning to learn to let go of control and gradually like you, I'm finding more peace but it takes time. Some days are better than others as you know too well. I saw the message pop up about your heart which seems like another blow but in reality it's good news because knowledge is power.I hope you're feeling ok today after the 'ordeal' of pre-op and thanks again. Sending my best wishes and love. xxxxxx
Bless you, at least this heart murmur will see me having 24 hour specialist nursing, so that can only be a good thing.... Yes, good days, bad days, whatever days... but [somehow] we will get past all this... we have no choice, let's hold hands and walk right into this, knowing there is a happier and healthier version of us about to emerge. This too shall pass xx
