- Titanic 2 - The Rose Diaries. 2025 Concept Film. Rose Dawson (Kate Winslet) struggles to recover from the death of Jack (Leonardo Dicaprio) after the tragic events of Titanic. Set in 1912, it's not long before her ex fiance Cal Hockley (Billy Zane) tracks her down. This is a short series that continues the story from the 1997 film Titanic.
This video is for entertainment purposes. It's a fun short story detailing the events after Titanic. It was created by my and is (obviously) not real. A short 2 minute trailer for this video can be seen on my channel.
My goal for this project was to create something with a running storyline. I've predominately created concept trailers for fictional films, this time I wanted to create a fully developed Titanic narrative and tie it in using existing footage. This was done by using voice actors to impersonate the characters and with heavy effects work. I also shot many scenes on iPhone, splicing these in to progress the story. The end result took me a little over a month and incorporates footage from over 20 different films and tv shows.
At first I wanted the video to be somewhat realistic, with it to get crazier as the story continues. I'm currently working on Episode 2, with the goal being a 5 part series.

No sequels. The story does not need to be ruined or expanded on. The story came full circle in the movie. Jack died for rose could live. To make each day count. She lived and died warm in her bed. That was the conclusion of that story and there doesn’t need to be anything else added to ruin that message.

I was literally about to write ✍️ when does this come out until I realized that she spoke every detail to hastily but as I still clung to the hope, the last few minutes was so ridiculous that all I could do was drop my face into my hands and laugh out loud 🤣 Thanks. Love your creativity with these film merging trailers! Now if only you could rebrand and give this channel the TITLE/NAME it deserves! It could really explode. But I feel the title and current branding is holding it back. You put so much into this work for it to be overlooked. I suggesting studying the branding of watchmojo or something similar.
