How to fix problem P0504 and P0571 . When error code comes P0504 ,it's really defecult to identify, until higher end scanner. But you can check with multimeter as well, it's much better take off switch then check it. But you will get an idea it's working or not but you can not figure out why PCM/ECU getting code for signal 1or 2 missing ? So I recommend change the brake light switch or use good scanner to see what In actual your car complete sees. If you get P0571 ,then don't waist time .just change brake light switch.
