Remedies that work 💯 % to cure depression
*Avoid*
1.Music (because it was made from bad entities So that they can be able to control your feelings, mind and State in life)
Also note if you try to stay away from it at least a week you might feel how difficult it will be but keep in mind that that is only proof That's what I am saying is true🌹(this conclude also any other media that was designed to distract you from the truth)
2. Gossip & backbiting
3. Toxins like cigarettes, alcohol and any kind of drugs, people and before you laugh toxic people that only brings you down or only talk negatively instead of positive are the number one of the toxins that will ruin your life.
4. Lying or cheating
5. Treating people bad with ill speech or actions
6. Foul language
7. Arrogance and pride
8. Kill your ANTs 😄
Automatic Negative Thoughts
And basically any kind of sin that will have a bad effect on you and others
*Do*
1. Be grateful for what you have and focus solely on that
A tip that will change your life is to get a notebook to write at least three things you are grateful for Do this every day for at least 21 - 30 days when you get up in the morning and before you go to bed.
2. Help people around you
3. Take care of yourself.
Exercise body + Brain exercises, Eat well, sleep, drink plenty of water, speak/treat your self like you treat people you love.
4. Be kind & humble
(Even towards those who you feel might not deserve it,. You never know your kindness might be contagious😘
5. PRAY 💙💜
6. Zikr and Istghfar 💜💙
7. Meditation + Motivational speeches
8. Smile
9. Last but not least READ! READ The Qurʾān the Last Book that was sent down to all of mankind as a true guidance to get them out from Darkness into light and believe me this is not my words but the words of the one who made you AND the Whole Universe.

Are you praying? It’s like meditation and Allah listens to us. Seek help by none other than Allah. I’ve been depressed and was on every medication you can think of but Subhanallah nothing cured my soul, except for Islam and living my life for Allah.
And if you have immam and trust in Allah it’s also easier to handle difficult situations in life because you know Allah knows everything best and sometimes the people he puts in hard situations he loves very much. So trust in Allah and inshallah you will feel better. Inshallah ya rab.
