The Hunter's guild hits way too close to home for my country 😖 "It's not out of some sense of pride..." But out of a bloated sense of importance that makes you believe if anything changes at all, even for the better, than the world will eventually still fall to ruin without you. And there's no possible better solution that can be adopted under those circumstances. Also the belief that they are mindless beasts but are also personally morally responsible for their actions, and thus deserve to be punished rather than to just fix them, is some absolutely weird mental gymnastics.
Ngl, with the political climate today, these mental gymnastics used to prove why they need to resort to eradicating werewolves (while still using fairly dehumanizing language to refer to them)…it feels pretty realistic. I could see myself encountering someone like this if werewolves did happen to exist. I can’t tell you how many times people have referred to others in a similar manner, just because they fell into a group that person didn’t want to exist. All in all, you’ve done a wonderful job with this video and this series as a whole. I’m excited to find out what else is in store

Considering the mention of Waterdeep I have to assume this is based on Forgotten Realms (D&D) so our Changeling is probably a sorcerer level 3 to use Subtle spell Metamagic to cast Friends for Advantage on repeated Charisma checks and hold person afterwards to keep them from being followed.
You can really tell that these werewolf hunters aren't looking to make peace with their "prey" and they can't accept a cure being made. They're brainwashed too far to fix the wrongdoings they've done. I've dealt with people like this guild. Single minded, unwavering opinion, sense of they're right and everyone else is wrong... These nutters are why I detest certain people (Karens) and why I quit working in retail.
I hope the vampire guild will certainly be more willing. I so wanted to listen to this with headphones, but mine are being slow to charge. EDIT: I just remembered that the Vampire Hunting Guild disbanded after adopting the cure for vampirism, however witnessing the way the Werewolf Hunting Guild operates without any shred of compassion for there "prey" might be a good reason for the Hunting Guild to regroup and being POLICING cryptids and as well as branches of the guild. I know public relations with the actual police are strenuous at best, but it would be better than THIS.

Sure, the Hunters are bastards who don't want or care to find a cure, but they have a point. The Hunter Guild shouldn't disband, and I believe it was a bad idea to disband the Vampire Hunter League as well. Once again, the hunters are not entirely wrong. You can never be sure if the curse might come back. Of course, there is also the issue of their financial survival and training the younger generation if they are currently out of business, but... yeah. The stories are amazing, Phas, and I would love to see this couple probably meet the ex-Vampire, but I guess they are in a different time period. Again, amazing work! Bravo!
