I disagree. I think every woman should scream like a banshee and and run around like a headless chicken. That’s what de-escalates tense situations. It calms people down.
The problem is that society tells women they are fully righteous in doing it. But since it's generally accepted traditional roles are not "en vogue" - the women will scream, and kick. Then do the Pikachu face when stuff doesn't go their way. Who would have thunk'

For officers: Nobody's holding a stopwatch on you. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Distance buys you time, and time buys you options. Calling for backup is not a sign of weakness.
In the video they called for back up twice. He was drunk and belligerent. Backing off buys you time and options, but it gives the suspect time and options too. I've seen the full raw video. This guy acting aggressive is why the officers are there. Drunk family members made things worse. He laid out one cop and went for the second. Sucks that he died. He didn't need to. But the suspect got the final vote in this one. (Alcohol isn't an excuse. Your first wedding isn't an excuse.) I do recommend watching the full video. No one earns a bullet unless they are actively attacking with a lethal weapon. And you are a degenerate if you genuinely believe the cops were in any way justified in killing this man.
Becoming a cop means you er putting others safety above yhour own, and that can include the people you are arresting. Guy's got a lethal weapon, then there is justification. That sister is living with some horrible regret.
For officers: Nobody's holding a stopwatch on you. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Distance buys you time, and time buys you options. Calling for backup is not a sign of weakness.
Who says the officers didn't have help on the way? Probably the first thing they did when they saw that crowd.
Your first wedding isn't an excuse.)
I do recommend watching the full video. The scene turns to chaos after they realize the family member was killed, and it takes a sea of officers doing crowd control to finally restore order.
