    Nice overview of everything and seeing you progress over time. I remember watching your videos when I first got into triathlons in 2022 and you were based I in Indonesia. Really liked the emphasis on conditioning the ankles and nutrition - I have my first 100k in 5 weeks and using my experience from Patagonman last year, plus back-to-back Z2 long hill runs with long asphalt runs for Baroko 100, as well as uphill sprints and asphalt sprints! Four weeks of dedicated training with a taper week😅

    Great video.
    I’ll soon be running my 13th 100k event and there were a few things in there for me to think about and that I’ll work into my training. Looking forward to your next trail ultra upload.

    Super interesting and so in depth. One question: when you say “full rest”, do you mean not moving at all for a day, or moving a bit like walking and doing some light mobility? I tend to prefer a more active recovery, don’t like staying totally flat for a day!

      Hey boss, I usually do a light bike ride on the day off, like commuting to the shops or pacing my girlfriend

    Come esperienza è più brutale un Ironman o la 100km?

      Senza ombra di dubbio la 100 ultra trail, ma proprio incomparabile!

      Mi sembra che l’ironman WC fosse sui 700 di TSS, mentre Doi inthanon è stata 885, ma più che altro è un tipo di sforzo e di devastazione generale proprio un livello superiore
