I am retired LEO. I carried a Glock 30 as a back up gun for years. I liked it because it accepted the longer 13 round magazines for the Glock 21, as an Ammo-sexual, I thought you would appreciate that!
I have had a 30S since they came out and love it. Bought the 21 mags with a sleeve and there's the magic size. Large frame and small slide. I'm looking for either a 19x or a 43x next.
@@Twistedoff2 I have 19x as an EDC now. I recommend that if you already have a 30s. I use my 30 when I want more concealment, but the 19x is a joy to shoot. The night sights and the 19 round mags are good bonus.

I guess some glock fan boys get easily triggered and don't realize, just because it fits in your hands it won't fit in everyone's. People do have a preference and they're entitled to it.

Glock 45 is my first glock. got it a few months ago, added a radian ramjet and afterburner and i’m sold on glocks. thank for all the informative videos and thanks for using your platform to protect our 2A rights 💪🏾
My very first experience with Glock was a 17- absolutely hated it for the reasons you mentioned. Swore off the brand for years. Then an RSO at my range suggested I try a 19 (Gen 3 - which IMHO is the best Gen with the best trigger) and it was love. The grip (with finger grooves) fit my hand like a glove - natural point of aim was perfect and I was dead accurate with it. I was so enamored with the gun that I bought 2 of them and still use it as my EDC. Only mods were a Vickers mag and slide release and then later an optic cut as well as a KKM barrel after I shot out the factory barrel. Thank you Gaston and RIP.
😂😂😂😂too many triggered after the G17 video.😂love my 19x and 43x and the 21 but in this day and age with all these options, I’ll be dammed if I’m gonna be stuck with one brand.
I absolutely love my G19 gen 3. It's a phenomenal handgun. I also love my G26 Gen 5 when it has a 12 rnd mag. and not the 10 rounder. That pinky grip on the 12 rnd mag is a huge difference
@2:19 What are you talking about?? The longer the barrel and slide, the less recoil it has. Plus the longer slide adds weight aiding in controlled groupings. Having an extended barrel also increases muzzle velocity. Just comes down to preference between he g19 and g17.
Interestingly you can hear this a lot from youtubers that love their G45/19X but if you read in forums people write the opposite like you. And it makes more sense. The recoil impulse of the 45/19X harder but also faster. I think these faster recoil give them the sensation of beeing less recoil. Also he doesnt even realize that the G17 he show us and doesnt like is a Gen3 while his G19x/G45 is Gen 5 and have a reduced grip. "But he doesnt know why it feels better" He is a nice guy but he doesnt know much about guns. Not even his own.
I have a 19x and a 17 as well. Do you have a light on your 17? I shoot both handguns just fine but mine both have lights so I wonder if that added mass to the front of the 17 helps me out more. Overall I prefer my 19x to the 17 but that's only because I have it stippled and I've practiced/used the 19x more. If you don't have a light on your handguns I would recommend it simplely for the added mass it brings to the handgun.
I love my psa dagger micro mags! Such a great upgrade to the 43x cap. They included some metal for durability. And you can never go wrong with anything PSA.
But also, if you’re looking to buy one, you might as well just get the actual dagger micro gun. Glock 43x clone. Much cheaper, and still similar reliability. Coming from a great company.
My fave is my G30sf despite my XL+ hands.... but my EDC is a 43x. Oddly my old PT111 with it's tiny grip and 13 round mags was my primary EDC until I broke down and went for a Glock. Three things about Glocks, they go boom every time, they are ergonomic (at least for me) and I can pick up another one on the way home if one of mine ends up in an evidence bag. They only 'expensive' gun I own is a custom heavy longslide on a Gold Cup frame. Use to shoot IPSC while I was living in Germany and built it for fun. It's only expensive because buying the same gun would be a couple grand, I bought parts while visiting the factory for cheap and did the work myself...
Same here. My EDC rotation consists of the 43x, 48, 19, and Springfield Hellcat. I shot a Springfield Echelon this past weekend, and it’s going to be my next purchase.
I conceal carry a Glock 30 with a 10 round magazine and two 13 round mags as backups. Can’t beat the 45ACP with that round capacity especially with the correct loads. The top 3 Loads for the 30 Expansion; weight retention, ballistic gel results, and penetration is •Speer gold dot 200 grain + P • Hornaday critical defense FTX 185 Grain • Underwood Xtreme penetrator 200 Grain +P These three perform Greatly, all reliably expand With great weight retention, great penetration, great Ballistic gel The thing with the 230 grains is that the bullets won’t reliably expand to their proper sizing, 200 Grain -185 Grain is the sweet spot for velocity, expansion, and FT lbs My favorite of all 3 is the Speer gold dot. 518 FT lbs excellent expansion, great penetration. Best 45ACP load for the 30
My EDC is a G30S. Absolutely great shooter. I agree that the 30SF is a better shooter from the factory, but I installed a DPM Systems TRS and makes it a much better shooter. Just like you like the lighter slide on the 19 over the 17, the 30S slide is better than the 30 except the recoil is much harsher. The DPMS TRS has a built in buffer that alleviates that and makes it a great shooter for the same reasons as the 19. It also allows the use of Underwood and Buffalo Bore 45super making it the most powerful Glock available, yet, also very light and concealable. I took it another step and added a KKM threaded barrel and HK mini comp to further reduce recoil with 255gr 45super hardcast. It is an absolute beast that 10mm cannot touch. All in a light weight, 24oz package concealable package.
I have the Glock 30 SF. I actually carry it as much... if not more than; I carry my Sig P365XL. I prefer the Glock 30 SF in the carry position I carry in due to the balance of the gun. It's larger... but it feels more comfortable to carry due to the fantastic weight balance of the frame "to me." I also put a talon grip on it. It made a complete world of difference in shooting it. Unbelievable tool.
This is a great point. Love the 365xl. Love the unpopular g34. But ultimately, balance and how it feels and fits to each person is unique. There are no wrong answers.
I carry a G30 vanilla. I love it. Its not light for semis, but you can carry it comfortably and it totally does handle .45 auto great. To me, its no recoil. More of a bump and push kinda recoil. And pretty accurate.
The shorter slide & long frame of G45/G48 has always made sense to me for carry (Dress properly so you don’t print the longer grip). Clears holster faster, higher retention if grappling for control of gun, better recoil management. Red dots negate teh issue of sight radius & the shorter G26 (Barrel length) has traditionally shot better for many users. A G26 slide on G19 frame would be interesting as well. Takes G19, G17, G18, & 33 Rnd fun sticks. That would be an interesting model. G47… Hmm maybe a G49??? With optic cut plate I know one buyer standing in line already…
The Glock 30 was my first Glock, and yes, it shot better than my full size 1911. Masaad Ayoob considers the best shooting production Glock is the 30. 8:30
When first choosing a pistol I rented everything I was interested in, which was a lot of pistols. Thought for sure it would be an HK VP9 that I would like the most. It ended up being a Glock 30, absolutely was the most accurate with it. Ended up with a G23 which I fired second best. I was thinking the 30 was to chunky for CCW and with the versatility of the G23, chose that instead. Might take another look at the 30 someday. Was thinking of a G44 next though for some range fun. Peace
Mr. Colion Noir, you should try the Glock 30 SF, it's the Goldie lox model. It has the chunky 30 slide on the SF frame. I think it will quickly become your new favorite carry 45. Definitely add the Peirce Grip magazine floor plate to add extra comfort to that grip, you can thank me later.
Great choices. I'm hyped to see that one of your fav glocks is my EDC, the 30s. I live in MD and frequent to DC a lot so I deal with the 10 round mag capacity bs, so I had the same thoughts. I'm not carrying a 9mm with 10 rounds, when I can have a 45 with 10 rounds in a subcompact size. Also crazy to hear that you use the same holster I use to carry, Vanguard 2. I found one a little better and been comfortably carrying it in all seasons. 💪🏿
I own both the 40 cal, subcompact Glock 27 and the Springfield XD 40 cal subcompact. The grip angle on the XD is straighter and the grip length is also a bit longer than the G27. So, yes, grip length is a big issue on subcompact Glocks. (Unless you buy and install mag extensions for Glocks.)
I carried a pre-SF gen 3 G30 with a 13rd G21 backup mag for a few years and loved everything about it other than the weight. Those 230gr .45acp's are heavy for EDC. Switched to a G26 14yrs ago w/ 15rd G19 backup mag. G30 is a sweet shooter for sure
I agree with you on the shoot ability of the G19X. The point able and easy to control barrel and slide length to longer grip ratio makes it so shoot able. I love the lack of finger grooves coupled with the longer pinky area drop and the lanyard ring doesn't interfere with shooting or carrying at all. I very much love the lack of typical gen5 front slide serrations, which can slow down the draw from my preferred leather holsters. The 17 + 2 / 19 round magazines are nice and still conceal well. I'm normally a .44 magnum revolver carrier, living in the rural Northwoods part of Wisconsin. After owning quite a few other. 45ACP and 9mms for longer / cheaper target shooting sessions, I've traded them in for shotguns and rifles after discovering the G19X, along with additional 17 plus 2 mags to prolong my shooting sessions.
I am thinking it has to do more with the shorter barrel. The weight of the empty G17 without mag is 22.22oz and the G45 21.73oz so the difference is only 0.49oz. This is not even the slide weight alone because the barrel , recoil spring and grip frame are also shorter and are part of the weight difference. Would be interesting if somone weigh the stock slides of these both. But the difference is under 0.49oz. Maybe only 0.20-0.30oz.
I agree with you 100%. I have all three of the Glocks you referred to and my 43x is in my waist 90% of the time. 19x is second and 30s was my primary carry for years
I love my little Glock 43. It took me awhile to get confident with her but my husband has taught me so well and I can’t wait to get my CCW. Btw, we love your channel 🤘🏻
I run the RMRcc on my 43x with a tlr7sub. I highly recommend giving that a try instead of your red dot that you don’t like. Some people like holosun but I really like the RMRcc with a 6.5 moa dot. Super crisp and honestly made me love shooting the gun.
Agreed. I own three different models of Trijicon dots and I love them all. The quality you get for the higher price tag is completely worth it. And USA made.
Regarding Glock 30, I agree and have felt the same for years. I bought a G30 (not SF) from a friend. It's not real comfy, but shoots great. I bought a G30 Gen4, feels a lot better, doesn't shoot as well. I think the large grip of the original G30 keeps me from squeezing my hand in and rolling the shot to the left. Whatever the reason, I do love my G30.
Somewhere along the line I was lost as to whether we were talking about the 30, 30SF or 30s? I’ve had the 29 and 30 SF and plan to grab a Gen 4 29 if they don’t drop the Gen 5 soon. And also would like to try the 30s, with the thin slide, but it only comes in Gen 3 so I’ve been holding off until a Gen 4 or 5 pops up. Waiting on the 41 mos a while longer as well in the hope of a Gen 5. Guess I’ll have to rewatch to figure out if the one in the video is and one he likes better is an SF or S, lol. Definitely two totally different guns.
Get a 9 round flush fit mag for the 30s. They are hard to find but I think it's worth giving up 1 round for the amount concealment it gives. Makes it closer to a fat 26 with 10 round mag than a model 19.
My favorite is the G19 gen4. For me, can't speak for anyone else, it does fantastically well. I picked up two used ones for spares. Upgraded the sights. Love the Big Dot sights. I carry the G19 on the ranch in South Texas. We have a hell of an illegal problem. (that is a separate, long story). You just cannot afford not to be armed always down here. I am 5'7", stocky guy and my hands are thick, chunky. Tried the G17 but sold it. Just did not like it as much. I have a G43X also for if I must go to a city for any reason. Love that pistol too. Going to the small town nearby, I carry the G19. Not uncommon to see a lot of folks open carrying that come from out in the sticks to town. Nobody thinks much of it. Good video. Thanks.
I'm a small dude, roughly 137 at 5'8. I can conceal the 19 gen 4 no issue, and with my tiny hands I fit the finger grooves perfectly. I used to hate glocks until a buddy of mine told me "you don't hate all glocks just the ones that don't fit you, there's a glock for literally everybody" and oh boy was he correct. Being from Texas myself and seeing how the state has changed (living in the communist republic of Austin) from the border up to the hill country I prefer to be packing and the glock 19 gen 4 has been great for everyday carry.
I have a "friend" that has 2 of the 3 Glocks you showed; 19X and the 43X. He likes them both and carries the 19X on a regular basis. Thanks for the video.
I have a glock 21, it handles .45 ACP amazing. I had some work done to it, also changed the sights. Other than that i usually run my sig p320 x-comp and sig p365 X
Carried a lot of Glocks on the job in LE over the years, with the G19 and the G21 are probably my two favorites. But a G19X sits on my nightstand for home defense. The only thing I don't like about the 19X is the lip at the bottom of the grip, but I had that sanded off some time ago, making it able to run the mags with the Gen 5 floor plates.
Not a fan of glocks generally speaking, but I would love to get a 21L. I have a 35 with a p80 frame that is fantastic. Given your experience with the glock 35 from a video a while back, I'm kinda surprised not to see it in your top 3
It won't let me show my picture, but Glock 19 Gen 4, was my very first gun I bought (minus inheritance guns). Fits perfect in my 2023 Mojave "glove" compartment.
It's funny as Australia has stricter gun laws than America, and still our fellow trauma inflicted individuals that don't receive the appropriate care they need to become the best they can be, resort to shocking behavior to be heard. Gun's don't kill people ! Not helping those in need in our communities kill people. I appreciate what you are doing. Thanks.
Proving once again the answer I give students when they ask which gun is the best. The one that fits you. Which of my guns is my best gun? The one I have on me that day.
I finally tried a Glock that I actually like, the Glock 43X MOS. The grip angle is just a little different and it fits my hand well. I still prefer my CZ's and Caniks but, hey, I guess I'm a fan boy now! Oh well.
Have you tried the Glock 48? Single stack like the 43, but longer grip, so you have more control. It's my EDC, and I shoot so much better with my 48 than I do with my dept issued 17. It just clicks into my hand like it's made to be there. If my dept would let me, I'd carry my 48 on duty over my 17.
I have the Glock 43x and I want to get the shield mag! Everyone loves it, but I don’t want to have to make changes to my gun with the polymer shield vs metal. Glock is releasing a new mag for the 43x so I’ll wait for it.
Simple solution. Look into the PSA Micro Dagger mags. Same 15 round capacity without the need to change the mag release. They use a unique blend of polymer and metal that avoids the metal on plastic issue altogether. And cheaper, too!
Put a Glock performance trigger in that 19x and you'll love it even more! Cant believe I waited so long to get these triggers. For $80 bucks it more than doubles the Glock perfection! Sadly they only fit the gen 5 Glocks but they do also work in the 19X. I guess I'll have to just replace all my gen 3 guns.
I traded my third-gen G22 earlier this year for a 2018 Glock 45. I had that Glock 22 since it was new in 2006, but I had grown tired of the .40 S&W round, for petty reasons I suppose. It was the best decision I ever made. I LOVE this Glock 45! Just shot it for the first time yesterday.....no regrets!
@@dylnfstrreliability due to impossibility of jamming, ability to fire when pressed in to a target, concealable from abnormal grip shape due to not storing ammo inside to name a few
I got a bunch of glocks. Recently bought a 48 because I already owned a 43. I can put the 43 slide on my 48 so I technically have a 43X. Love my Glocks. Tried carrying a Sig Xmacro and just didn’t feel comfortable with the safety issues so I bought another glock 😂
Could the 17 feel/shoot weird because the one you got is a gen 3? I have the same kind of take when comparing a gen 3 glock 19 to the gen 4/5 glock 19.
The 17 gen 3 has a bigger grip as the gen 4 and 5. You will have to put the small size back strap on the gen 4 or 5 to have a simular grip as the gen 3.
As a known "Glock hater" I can understand why Glock is a household name and if they dropped their price by 20% I'd gladly buy them. But until they do I'll go with Walther, PSA, or Canik anyday.
Your videos are the best Colion. Very informative and humorous which is a great combo. I own both the 19x and 43x and couldn’t be happier. I am still on the fence about the 45 cal. Thanks again for your videos.
Picked up the CZ p10c at palmetto state armory for 350 bucks. It was marketed as the Glock killer in 2017 when it dropped, but for some reason completely unbeknownst to me, it never really caught on like CZ had hoped. But, make no mistake, it is…the Glock 19 killer, 100%. Quality, sexy, feels great in hand, doesn’t look like SpongeBob square pants designed it…like the Glock. Get you a CZ and see what I’m a talking about. Review coming tonight on my channel.
I’m debating on the 19x now. I have a 43x , Walther pdp compact and stacatto c2 ( which is the best of the 3). Just something about the 19x I like. So that’s that.
Can you PLEASE do a video on your best 'bang' for the buck on 10mm pistols? I'm going nuts trying to find the right one. As well, I'd like it to match the 357 for power, so what ammo is best without it blowing through the house or over penetrating?
Best bang for buck, the highpoint yeet cannon😂 in all seriousness I carry a glock 20sf as my grizzly gun for hunting and fishing, and the only other 10mm that I would personally trust with my life would be the springfeild xdm. As for ammo Civil Defense came out with a 60gr 2400fps round that should act more like a high speed rifle round and break up preventing over penetration, but there's debates on if it's powerful enough for defense. Just my 2 cents.
Mr. Colion, sir I have two Glock 21 gen 4 both are modified to fire better, and of course, use the .45 ammo. Yes, it's got a longer slide and overall a larger Glock, but fires great for me. I also have longer 26 rd. stick mags and even a 40 rd. drum for more trigger time. Everyone has their favorite weapons, these are mine. One more thing: these Glocks with mods, mags, drums, and ammo were just over 1k each! Pricey toys to play with, but worth it.
I love my Glock 45. I have a Glock 47 MOS as well but it doesn’t feel as good to me. Going to get my Glock 45 milled for an optic. Great video as always
I bought a 43X mos yesterday because my Taurus G3C started consistently light strike failing at the range and that is NOT Safe. Less than 500 rounds and it’s already failing to the point that I could die in a real situation.
I knew the damage control video was coming lol. Completely understood what you meant in the g17 video, so annoying that ppl misinterpret things so much 🙄 the best content as always my man!
I have been trying to figure this out. The Glock 30 is full size, the Glock 30 SF has a reduced grip size, and the Glock 30S has a SF frame and a Glock 36 slide, or am I really confused? Thanks...
Bought my first Glock last week. Glock 45, saying it’s perfect is an understatement. Conceal perfectly, feels great in my hand and shoots like butter. SMOOTH
I don’t care what you like/ dislike but a shorter slide will cycle more aggressively and there is less mass to soak up recoil. If the 45 was the softer shooter, all the competition shooters would use it over the 34. Could have just said you like the balance better or whatever but not a great take 2:15 - 2:33
The Glock 45 was my first Glock that I bought last year and it is one of the best Glocks on the market. I also have a Glock 23 Gen 5 and it is the perfect gun for concealed carry. I also plan on buying the new Glock 20 Gen 5. Glocks are phenomenal handguns! I also like Sig Sauer as well. The one gun does not feel good in my hand is the Springfield XDM Elite. Everyone has their preferences and that’s why there is no right or wrong answer to which handgun is the best.
My favorite Glock is my Suarez 17 upper with a 19 lower with a RMR and a olight. It’s a little big and heavy for conceal which is why I usually carry my 26 concealed but that Suarez is just smooth even without a super light trigger and not the shortest take up.
My first Glock was a 23 in 40S&W Gen 3 and it is great shooter, Later I got a Glock 17 and it is a gen 4. I like the grip. Now I added a Glock 43x to the family and I feel that all 3 are great guns that I would depend on in any situation.
Like I said last video, I agree with you on the awkwardness on aiming with the G17. Personally I prefer my G17 because I prefer longer handguns. I'm more skilled with a rifle, I'm not sure if this is why I prefer longer handguns. Even with M1911s or P08s. I prefer the longer artillery versions.
I have a 43X mos and a 19X I love both. I carry my 43X and the 19X is my nightstand gun. I held a 19mos today and it feels really good in my hands. I like it and want it but am wondering if its worth getting also??
As a 24 year LEO, I've carried nothing but Glock in that time. The list includes 17, 26, 26MOS, 21, 22, 30, and 45 MOS. My agency issues 21's, but my current duty carry is a personally owned 45 MOS and my off duty concealed carry is a 26 MOS. The 45 MOS is my all time favorite Glock. It is very well balanced, shoots exceptionally well, and just fits me perfectly. When I carried our issued 21, my off duty was a 30. I still prefer the 26/26 MOS over the 30 since they are much lighter and conceal slightly better.
My top Glocks: (1) G19 (9mm) (most practical), (2) G43X (9mm) (slim and compact-and PSA makes a 15rd mag for it), and (3) G30S (.45 ACP) (nearly the same size as the G26 (9mm)).
I just bought my first Glock in Model 30 and read reviews and watch videos on this model. Looking forward to shooting it at the range and hoping be my EDC carry. I like 45 ACP and hope this will be a model I will like to love the Glock 30! Great video Colion.
Ive had 1 bad experience with a glock and it turned me off from wanting to own one. Does anyone know what would cause a glock 19 to not fire the first round of a new magazine? Shooting the same ammo out of my s&w's that day and those never had an issue, but every time youd empty a magazine, put a new one in and rack the slide forward it wouldnt fire that first round. Would always have to rack it again then it would shoot the whole mag fine. I have yet to find an answer to this.
I am retired LEO. I carried a Glock 30 as a back up gun for years. I liked it because it accepted the longer 13 round magazines for the Glock 21, as an Ammo-sexual, I thought you would appreciate that!
It’s my usually CCW.

How are you doing?
I guess some glock fan boys get easily triggered and don't realize, just because it fits in your hands it won't fit in everyone's. People do have a preference and they're entitled to it.

I'm with you on the G19 gen 3. I love the finger grooves.
Try the magpul 12rd mag for the 26. Barely just enough extra area for your pinky on the magazine. Conceals just as well as 10rd mag. 🙏🏽
Check out shield arms 15+ magazine looks nice too
Please try the SLR Rifle Works extension that is really +6 and still shorter than G19.
Love you Noir, you are right. No one has an attention span any more. They pick a word out of a caption and start to rant.
Uh huh huh what did you say?
I have both a 17, 19x and a 43x mos and I totally agree with you about the feel being different. I shoot the 19x and 43x better as well.
All gen 5?
@@AN_APPEAL_2_HEAVENI added heavy guide rod on my 43x.
Thanks!
if anyone is anticipating on getting the 43x look into the psa dagger magazines, it’s also 15rds and you don’t need to replace the mag release
Looking at this video and the other he did on the 43x, it looks like he didn't change the mag release but still uses the SA mags.
I have 23,19,17,26,and Glock 20
Which is my favorite Not quite a carry gun but it shoots like a dream for me
Perhaps it's not the most popular, but I love my Glock 48 as my everyday carry. It fits my hands, is reliable, & I like how it shoots.
agreed
Same here. My EDC rotation consists of the 43x, 48, 19, and Springfield Hellcat. I shot a Springfield Echelon this past weekend, and it’s going to be my next purchase.
48 is superior to the 43x.
I carry a 27 with a 23 mag with a slip on rubber finger groove. I love the way it handles with the longer grip. Great video as always thanks!
It don’t get better than the 27. I like the short grip… no print in a T-shirt.
Also love the 27.
The 27 was the first handgun I ever ENJOYED shooting went and got a 23 soon as I could
27/23 combo is unbeatable.
I conceal carry a Glock 30 with a 10 round magazine and two 13 round mags as backups. Can’t beat the 45ACP with that round capacity especially with the correct loads.
The top 3 Loads for the 30
Expansion; weight retention, ballistic gel results, and penetration is
•Speer gold dot 200 grain + P
• Hornaday critical defense FTX 185 Grain
• Underwood Xtreme penetrator 200 Grain +P
These three perform Greatly, all reliably expand With great weight retention, great penetration, great Ballistic gel
The thing with the 230 grains is that the bullets won’t reliably expand to their proper sizing, 200 Grain -185 Grain is the sweet spot for velocity, expansion, and FT lbs
My favorite of all 3 is the Speer gold dot. 518 FT lbs excellent expansion, great penetration. Best 45ACP load for the 30
I love my G30, even with its thickness it's surprisingly great for concealed carry, kind of underrated
Love my 30. Never leave home without it 😉
My EDC is a G30S.
I have to agree, I like my 19x and 45 a lot more than my gen 3 17 or gen 4 21.
I carry a G30 vanilla. I love it. Its not light for semis, but you can carry it comfortably and it totally does handle .45 auto great. To me, its no recoil. More of a bump and push kinda recoil. And pretty accurate.
I love my 30sf .. might not be a 29 mm but I know.45 is enough
G48 is the opposite. Short frame long slide. The G43X is equal to the G45 in that regards.
Peace
Without watching the video first my guess for the picks are: Glock 19 x, OG Glock 43, Glock 26
I plan on getting one next month. Any holster recommendations and ammo?
@@jallen312Try Blade Tech for holsters and Winchester JHP. I got a 30 SF Gen3 and about to get the gen5. I am hooked.
I definitely enjoy the g48 over 43x my brother has the 43x I fell in love with it but then I saw and held the g48 and it was match made
Great choices.
Glock 45, Glock 19, and Glock 43x. My three choices
I see your 43x and raise you a 48.
UGH wasn't expecting the Glock 30 placement now I got to look into getting one for the same reason he stated. Great Video Colion.
I love the glock 30 so underrated
In Gaston we trust.
Shield Arms makes a mag with +3 extra rounds that is the same size as the Glock 43 mag!
I have a 30S. They’re definitely accurate for a compact 45
I run a Glock 21sf gen 3. Same size slim frame but a full size with 13 rounds, 18 with extension.
Same here...my EDC is a G21sf...great gun.
Same here...Love the G21sf...my current EDC.
Get a 9 round flush fit mag for the 30s. They are hard to find but I think it's worth giving up 1 round for the amount concealment it gives. Makes it closer to a fat 26 with 10 round mag than a model 19.
Went and got the 9 round with the pinky Pearce extension. Makes a huge CC difference with a full grip still.
Model 41 is an absolute riot to plink with..
Thanks.
Goodonya mate. Sissies and hoplophobes should feel safe inside any state prison. No guns in there.
Oh well.
When even the Glock haters admit to liking Glocks, that’s when u realize why Glock is the top dog
The 43X has the same grip length as the 48. Just a shorter barrel.
I have the Glock 43x and I want to get the shield mag! Everyone loves it, but I don’t want to have to make changes to my gun with the polymer shield vs metal. Glock is releasing a new mag for the 43x so I’ll wait for it.
I’ve got the metal mag release and some shield arm mags. I love them! Where did you hear Glock was releasing new mags for the 43x? Interesting
@@corruption2.066 I watch the Glock store channel and they mentioned it on there about how new mags were coming soon.
Simple solution. Look into the PSA Micro Dagger mags. Same 15 round capacity without the need to change the mag release. They use a unique blend of polymer and metal that avoids the metal on plastic issue altogether. And cheaper, too!
My EDC is Glock 43X mos and I absolutely love it. Fits my hands perfectly.
Just wait until you drop a “5 Reasons I Hate Revolvers” back to back with a “5 Reasons I love Revolvers.” Haha

My three favorite Glocks are very much like yours. I would only replace the Clock 43X with the Glock 48. Love my 30s. Thank you for the video.
G 48 is good 4 in.barrel .pretty good
I got a bunch of glocks. Recently bought a 48 because I already owned a 43. I can put the 43 slide on my 48 so I technically have a 43X.
Love my Glocks. Tried carrying a Sig Xmacro and just didn’t feel comfortable with the safety issues so I bought another glock 😂
On my Glock 43x MOS, I put a silencerco threaded barrel, the shield mags and a holosun eps carry, I can't wait to zero it this weekend.
I feel the same way. The glock 17 feels real big in my hands compared to the 19x.
It the same size just the slide is 0.5 inch shorter.
@@Gieszkanne so its NOT the same size

@@Gieszkanne well i guess that .5 inch makes a difference lol
@@CovidSH Ask you girlfriend if 0.5 inches makes a difference!
Glock 19x frame has the extra tab at the bottom of the grip… for me that’s why it feels different than the G17 or G45
My EDC is the 43X. After that, the g23. After that the M&P 2.0 full size in 9mm.
Hey now, you can always buy a new house, but not a new you.
Whoever your camera guy is, great work. Make tour videos even better. Thanks for your channel
My 1st time seeing your channel def finna tap in I like your presentations.
Good video man. Where/how did you get the ports on yours sir?
The laugh at about 7:40 cracked me up. That is the sound of pure joy.
I knew the damage control video was coming lol. Completely understood what you meant in the g17 video, so annoying that ppl misinterpret things so much 🙄 the best content as always my man!
Glock 43x with the shield mags is my EDC. Absolutely great all around.
I have been trying to figure this out. The Glock 30 is full size, the Glock 30 SF has a reduced grip size, and the Glock 30S has a SF frame and a Glock 36 slide, or am I really confused? Thanks...
Glock 30 is my favorite Glock. Shoots very comfortably & smooth.
Could have just said you like the balance better or whatever but not a great take 2:15 - 2:33
Tried many handguns but I only like two. The Glock 19 Gen 5 and the Glock 43x with PSA mags. I trust them with my life.
My three favorite Glocks are the VP9, VP9SK, and the VP9L
The G30 is my primary winter carry. Shoots great!
Nice choice!!! I also have a gen 5 MOS Glock 23 as my everyday carry. I LOVE IT!!!!
Why do people prefer the 43x over the 48? Honest question. I don’t understand why one would pick a shorter barrel when the frame is the same.
Thank you, great video! Your comments on the 30S make great sense!
G30 sf for me.
Had it since 2014. Love it
My top Glocks: (1) G19 (9mm) (most practical), (2) G43X (9mm) (slim and compact-and PSA makes a 15rd mag for it), and (3) G30S (.45 ACP) (nearly the same size as the G26 (9mm)).
I just put 300 rounds through my new Glock 45. I’m usually a 1911 and s&w guy. But I fell in love with glock with the g45!
I just bought my first Glock in Model 30 and read reviews and watch videos on this model. Looking forward to shooting it at the range and hoping be my EDC carry. I like 45 ACP and hope this will be a model I will like to love the Glock 30! Great video Colion.
I have one too and it shoots very nicely. Definitely need a good grip on it, but it is much smoother than my other .45
Ive had 1 bad experience with a glock and it turned me off from wanting to own one.
