Love it! Really inspires me to make such great small landscapes myself. I would suggest to go for the young David to keep it authentic. This is a really classic scene that all enthusiastics should recognise.
Lovely build! I've often struggled with making Lego likenesses of famous people, so I think you've done a great job here. In my opinion that last face for the classic Attenborough looks perfect, so I would suggest using that one, but it's your decision after all.
I love the build! I know you said the clouds were rubbish, I remember seeing some cloud shaped minifig plates that might work well with some snot bricks if you still wanted clouds in the background.
Great question - I work full-time as a Manager at Northumberland Zoo which is my family’s Zoo. I gained experience at Chester for a few years and now designing/building our own Zoo is a whole different challenge. Bigger isn’t always better 😊
Waaah, really great build. The younger David fits perfectly, cause you captured the essence of the original moment. 👍👍👍
Thank you so much - it was a challenge to find the right bits and I dread to look at the trail of bits of minifigures I have left behind! 🫣
Original David looks great

I'd say moden David Attenborough, Less accurate, more iconic
Looks great! I like the younger sir David.
Great - thank you!
OMG love what you created. Sooo good.
Yeah nicely done, must be fun building these small displays while telling a story
It’s a challenge for sure! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
I think if you are trying to recreate a certain scene it makes sense to portray him like in that scene. Think it turned out great!
Thanks so much - I think younger David does look better too 😊
Great work!
This Video is Full of Good Design decisions, very nice!
Thank you 🙏🏻
nothing animal related is complete without Sir David
You’re right, it never is!

Thank you, I genuinely didn’t think it was going to be that hard to create him out of Lego, but finding just the right bits is not easy!

Thank you 🙏🏻 ah yes I know which plates you mean, I might have a play around with them and see what it looks like.. but they might be too big.
This is really good! I'll be at the Shildon brick show as well so I look forward to seeing this in person! :D
Amazing! See you there!
Love your vids! But can you please upload more often?
I would love to! As you know, its super time consuming! I’m glad you enjoy the content 🙏🏻

Question why did you stop working at the Chester zoo
And went to a smaller zoo?
