    It's not that these aren't good ideas or that the sharks didn't know they were good ideas, it's just that they couldn't get a majority stake in the company for a minimal investment. • @JaimeDornanLady
      @JaimeDornanLady 2 года назад +3

      @@JaimeDornanLady Yes, all of those reasons! In healthcare we have to wash our hands so frequently, and some people want to take off their metal rings every time, they are sanitary and dry quickly. I imagine they are safer for men who work in industry or first responders, to keep from catching them on things and being injured. Plus, they're a lot cheaper to replace. You see, you offering us that deal tells us you know it's going to be highly successful, and that tells us to hang on to our company and try selling out product to the actual guitar manufacturers."

    • @captainmarvelous7678

      You could say that but at the end of the day you are taking a risk that things work out for you if you turn down a guaranteed contract for the probability of making more on your own. Amy of these pitchers could walk out of the studio and be hit by a truck and paralyzed, unable to work anymore. Or the economy could crash, or your family could get sick and have extravagant medical bills, or there could be a weather event that destroys your current supply of materials/inventory. In any of those cases taking the guaranteed money would've turned out to be the safer choice. We just never know what could happen.
      I think of AMC theaters. They spent a lot of money to renovate their theaters at a loss the last few years. The projections were that that would make the money back and more because now their theaters were a more premium experience and the avengers movies had people buying tickets in droves. And rhen the pandemic happened and the company came very very close to bankruptcy. In a situation like that, having sold the chain instead of doing the renovation would've been the smarter choice in that case.

By the way the flowers are grown near a volcano? wow that's actually very genius because I'm pretty sure they grow the best type of flowers because volcano's soil is very rich and fertile

      Realistically no natural soil is going to beat what you can whip up in a lab, and if it could, it would still be more economical to import the soil and grow the flowers locally. Them growing at the base of a volcano is a great marketing gimmick though. People will pay just to be able to say the flowers are from a volcano, even if it doesn't really affect the quality of the flowers in general.

    In the UK it’s called “The Dragon’s Den”, and they’ve rejected (and very rudely) some multi million (£ or $) businesses. Two of which are Trunkee and Tangle Teezer.
    I would challenge anyone to go to ANY international airport and not see at least 1 child with one.
    Tangle Teezer has been so successful that it is a worldwide success, and has spouted many copied (but lower quality) replicas. I myself own them in various different forms, and they’re life changing for anyone with medium to long hair.

That's why I always wonder how you can just evaluate a company without doing a detail research in the specific sector.

    We've been using Kodiak Cakes products since they first hit shelves. They are the best pre-mixed option on the market. The nutritional values are amazing and they taste great. Xero Shoes suck so bad I ended up with Plantar Fasciitis in both feet. It cost over $1,000 for the corrective leg/foot braces and months of excruciating pain. CBS Shrimp Burgers are OK but they've been making them in Japan for ages and they're so much better.

    I've been a musician for most of my 56 years on earth. As a guitar player, I'd say the Voyage air guitar is just a novelty. A very expensive, 800 to 2800, novelty. The motion of constantly completely loosening and tuning would drastically reduce the life of the strings. Not sure it would do much in the way of saving space for a professional musician. I'm curious what changes in humidity would do to the neck alignment over time.
