I am wearing Ocean EDP today and got compliments. First time I wore this was after 8 working hours, I walked by a girl and she asked about what I was wearing. I should say I work at an assembly factory. Great cologne.
Been collecting and my palate had changed over time. I love gourmand fragrances. Salvatore Ferragamo Uomo and Signature are one of the best for winter weather. I appreciate these videos so I can put them back in rotation. 😊
I got a sample of Pi. I’m a ginger and things smell very differently on me because redheads skin has a much lower PH. Pi on my skin smelled of sickly sweet almond and for two hours that’s all I could smell. It felt like I was being force fed sugar and almonds for two hours through a tube in my nose that went down into my stomach. It was so bad that it gave me a stomach ache and a headache. It was all I could smell for the first two hours but once my stomach started hurting I took a shower. Right now I’m wearing Tuscan Leather Intense and it doesn’t smell like leather at all. It smelled like greenery and cocaine at first but now 8 hours later it smells like just straight cocaine. It also doesn’t project at all and I had to put my nose right to my skin to smell it.
Bleu de Chanel is just incredible. I know it’s redundant speaking on how great the fragrance has been over the last several years. If you only bought one fragrance, it’s BDC. When eventually Chanel releases Bleu de Chanel Elixir…game over.
Can you do a video on hyped niche and designer fragrances you don’t like SMELL wise and why. You take hits for pushing the designers and I love it because your content is accessible and relatable to me. I’ve been sampling niche ones lately and I’ve been disappointed how they are on me and fail to believe I’m the only one . I’d love your take . Strictly scent fails not because of expense .
One thing about niche frags is that they use a lot more natural ingredients and less aroma chemicals. The naturals react differently with peoples different skin chemistry where as the aroma chemicals are usually pretty stable. I’m a redhead and things can smell really different with my skin chemistry. I’ve noticed that with niche or designers that use lots of naturals like Tom Ford they can have a huge difference on my skin. But with most designers I get what most people get out of them. The only difference is that most frags I have to over spray to get any projection at all. For instance spice bomb I’ll use ten sprays and have to respray another ten 8 hours later. Or even red tobacco which most people consider beastly, I have to spray 6-8 sprays then re apply after 8 hours to get any kind of scent bubble… Which is why I always have to sample everything because things never smell, project or last as long on me.

Apart from the longevity, It's not nearly as good as the EDT.

Adg parfum is good. But it doesn't replace profumo imo 😢

Afnan 9PM is the best fragrance I’ve ever gotten when it comes to cost - powerful, mass appealing and really inexpensive
