    Thank u for the video. How long do we need to keep it and how? before serving. Please guide.

    • @SonamCakes
      @SonamCakes  3 года назад +1

      Usually thawing takes 4-5 hours (always in fridge not room temp)
      Also depends on location
      Dubai is damn hot it happens in 2 hours
      Wintery countries may take 5-6 hours also

    Amazing just amazing, this recipe is so good and works excellent. I did 6 times the mousse recipe in a single batch with a pistachio sponge. The mousse was so light, airy and creamy❤❤ Thanks a lot

    It melts after coming out of freezer. Is this normal?

    • @SonamCakes
      @SonamCakes  2 года назад

      What melts ? It definately defrosts but wont lose shape if its losing shape then add more agar or gelatine ( strength of gelatine or agar varies from grade available in every country)

    If we use ready made custard do we have to use agar agar/ gelatine

    • @SonamCakes
      @SonamCakes  3 года назад

      yes coz little agar/gelatin helps it to stay firm and take the shape of the mould. same like jelly would do
