If anyone is having this problem look at the side of your laptop there should be a switch button ( ofcourse not for all laptops ) if there is switch it on and the problem will be fixed.

Yes mine is on f12 but maybe it's broken. None of the other fixes work. I'm waiting for 1 hour because other option was to select "turn on in 1 hour" instead of "turn on manually"
