- Today we install our www.KnightATV.com manual differential lock kit on our 2017 Honda Rubicon. This kit works on 2015-2021 Honda Foreman and Foreman Rubicon. No more 4wd issues or flashing lights!
I know you would like to replace the cable because I saw the video in the end. It was hard to turn left and right.What brand you recommend (am going real deep ) and I saw you don’t put any grease or nothing do you recommend put any grease or what you thinks
You can make your own gaskets with some gasket material they sell it at Autozone or any other place like that
what happened to the left hand triggers?... and knight makes a good locker, yall will like those, I like mine.
We still have them. I cut the cable cuz the throttle was hanging but I figured out the problem. Got another cable otw.
Is it possible to install this if it’s already stuck in 4wd? Can I manually turn something on the differential to get it into 2wd once I remove the old electronic actuator?
Yes you can. 2wd is straight up and down 12 o clock position i think. Turn it far left as it will go. Has 3 spots for 2wd,4wd,diff lock
What is the throttle grip. Thanks for this video saved me, but also challenged me not to cut my switch wires out on the demo Def soar hands.
you mean the thumb saver throttle extender ? look it up on Amazon. They are cheap and great.
How is it holding up. Thinking about getting one for my 16 rubicon but I've herd it having issues

Hey Ajax my 2013 TRX 680FA (Rincon) 4x4 isn't working when I press the button I hear the actuator click but nothing happens I'm interested in a manual kit but not sure if it would fix my problem
Don't make one for a 680.

Ajax will that kit fit on 2016 honda forman? I did pull apart my acuator but it looks totally different than yours. I have 2 steel wheels with teeth on it inside acuator. I have 2016 honda foreman and it 4wd doesnt work when i push button in middle of deep water. I have to turn off the atv and then turn it on to engage and also I cant tell if it does work. Please help me out bro what should i do. get this kit or change the accuator.Thanks in advance.
Yes it will fit on your 16 foreman. I would def recommend getting one of these if your electrical is messed up. Hit me up on IG I am a dealer now for Knight. I'll get ya hooked up with one
Where's the electric grease in the connections ? Do they make that sure 4 for 2013 foreman ?
No 2015 and up. Its for diff lock machines

I didnt. Its mounted to the rad kit. Hangs partly below the plastics too
I just got mine stalled but my actuator sweep stops at diff lock. Do you have to be moving to engage in diff lock?
yes, i watched Hondabros install video and he said in order to activate diff lock you need to be in motion
You can do it without motion but you might have to move forward and then retry

I never had any issues with it. Was just hard to get it into diff lock.

Will it display on the dash what drives you're in?
No. You know by the top switch on your handlebars. It shows you.

@@ProjectAjax yes but it seems like as soon as I put the cover on it locks up and will not turn
@@nickfogle4715 the fit on the splines from the diff spline to the actuator spline is really tight. If you tap it till it seats in the diff, it should fix that issue
